  • Publication number: 20180163180
Abstract: A method of generating an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) comprises introducing to an animal somatic cell at least one nuclear reprogramming inducing factor and a BRD3R polypeptide or at least one nucleic acid expressing the at least one nuclear reprogramming factor and the BRD3R-related polypeptide in the recipient somatic cell, and culturing said cell to generate an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC). The introduction of the BRD3R-related polypeptide into the recipient somatic cell can increase the efficiency of inducing the generation of an iPSC by the at least one nuclear reprogramming inducing factor.

  • Patent number: 7661354
Abstract: This invention is in technical field of electric heating, and relates to a kind of kettles for beverage, electric water kettles and cableless electric kettles for beverage. Its aim is to solve the problem appearing at existing kettles for beverage, i.e. Vapor and water generated in existing kettles for beverage flies out through top port of funnel. This may not only go through the lid of inner vessel, but also reach onto the lid of kettle body. As result, inner side of the lid of kettle body would be with tea or coffee stains, and its surface will be very hot to make its use difficult and there is sanitary problem due to contamination on surface of the lid. Kettles of this invention contain an inner vessel fixed on bottom of the kettle body inside the kettle. A funnel is provided at top opening of the inner vessel. There are two separate filtering layers inside the funnel: an upper and a lower filtering layer.

  • Publication number: 20060249523
Abstract: The invention relates to a jug, particularly to a jug, an electrothermal jug and a wireless electrothermal jug for cooking beverage. The jug for cooking beverage includes a body, an inner container on the inner bottom of the body. A funnel is provided on the up-port of the inner container. A filtrating up-layer and a filtrating down-layer are arranged in the funnel. The electrothermal jug for cooking beverage is formed by adding an electric heater to the bottom of the body. The wireless electrothermal jug for cooking beverage is formed by adding a jug-seat to the jug and providing a plug and a jack for electrically connecting on the body and jug-seat respectively. The inner container is heated so that the water in the inner container is boiling away, rolling upwards, and scouring coffee powder or tealeaf in the funnel, thereby forming tea or coffee, so the residue of tealeaf or coffee powder is separated from the tea or coffee.
