    Abstract: A silicon carbide power diode device has a silicon carbide substrate on which a silicon carbide epitaxial layer with an active region is provided. A Schottky metal layer is on the active region, and a first electrode layer is on the Schottky metal layer. A first ohmic contact is on the silicon carbide substrate, and a second electrode layer is on the first ohmic contact. The active region of the silicon carbide epitaxial layer has a plurality of first P-type regions, a plurality of second P-type regions, and N-type regions. The first P-type regions and the second P-type regions lacking an ohmic contact are spaced apart with dimensions of the second P-type regions being minimized and the N-type regions being maximized for given dimensions of the first P-type region. Second ohmic contacts are located between the first P-type region and the Schottky metal layer.

    Abstract: The present application provides a compound dry powder inhalant, comprising baicalin, ambroxol hydrochloride, L-leucine and phosphate, wherein based on a mass of the compound dry powder inhalant, L-leucine accounts for 0-50%, phosphate accounts for 15-35%, and a total mass of baicalin and ambroxol hydrochloride accounts for 15-85%, and wherein a mass ratio of baicalin to ambroxol hydrochloride is 1:0.2 to 2. The compound dry powder inhalant has a Dv90?5 ?m. The drug combination of baicalin and ambroxol hydrochloride can effectively reduce inflammation and oxidative damage in lung tissue, alleviate pulmonary edema and histopathological changes, and reduce pulmonary dysfunction and pulmonary fibrosis.

Employing the configuration payload, the VM agent component can initialize communication with the extension repository to retrieve the one or more extension packages for storage and installation onto the virtual machine. Upon installing the one or more extension packages, the VM agent component can be configured to communicate a status report to the VM deployment service component for provision to an administrator.
