    Abstract: The present application provides a process method for improving reliability of a metal gate high-voltage device. Stacks layers formed over the gate oxide layer and spaced apart from each other. An SiCN layer is deposited to cover tops and sidewalls of the stack layers, and cover bottoms of slots between the stack layers. An HARP layer is deposited to covert the SiCN layer. The HARP layer over the stack layers and the slot regions is covered with a photoresist. Photolithography and etching are sequentially performed to open the HARP layer over the stack layers. The photoresist in the slot regions is reserved. The HARP layer over the stack layers outside the slot regions is removed. The operations are repeated for many times until the slot regions are filled with the HARP layer.

    Abstract: Systems and method for migrating a web application from a source environment to a cloud service. A cloud service system accesses a temporary container containing a manifest and a plurality of web parts for the web application. The manifest includes a list of contents of the temporary container and defines an appearance and functionality of the web application. The cloud service system then reconstructs the web application on the cloud service by automatically generating a user interface environment for the web application on the cloud service based on the manifest and importing each web part of the web parts to the cloud service. The cloud service system configures each web part and the user interface environment to interact as defined by the manifest. The user interface environment reconstructed on the cloud service replicates the appearance and functionality of the web application operating system in the source environment.

    Abstract: A process for the catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils includes the step of contacting a hydrocarbon oil feedstock with a catalytic cracking catalyst in a reactor having one or more fast fluidized reaction zones for reaction. At least one of the fast fluidized reaction zones of the reactor is a full dense-phase reaction zone, and the axial solid fraction ? of the catalyst is controlled within a range of about 0.1 to about 0.2 throughout the full dense-phase reaction zone. When used for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils, particularly heavy feedstock oils, the process, reactor and system show a high contact efficiency between oil and catalyst, a selectivity of the catalytic reaction, an effectively reduced yield of dry gas and coke, and an improved yield of high value-added products such as ethylene and propylene.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a catalytic cracking process for producing isobutane and/or light aromatics in high yield, comprising the steps of: a) providing a catalytic cracking feedstock oil having a polycyclic naphthene content of greater than about 25 wt %; b) subjecting the catalytic cracking feedstock oil to a first catalytic cracking reaction and a second catalytic cracking reaction sequentially under different reaction conditions to obtain a catalytic cracking product; c) separating the resulting catalytic cracking product to obtain a liquefied gas fraction comprising isobutane and a gasoline fraction comprising light aromatics; and d) optionally, recovering isobutane from the liquefied gas fraction and/or recovering light aromatics from the gasoline fraction. The process can enable the production of isobutane and/or light aromatics in high yield.
