Abstract: This document provides methods and materials involved in extracting chromatin. For example, methods and materials for obtaining chromatin from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues are provided.

Abstract: A heat dissipation apparatus includes a heat dissipation panel built in the electronic device. The heat dissipation panel includes a first heat conducting layer, including a first surface and a second surface. The first surface is a surface exposed to the outside when the first heat conducting layer is bent. The second surface is a surface opposite to the first surface. A first region on the first heat conducting layer is used to absorb heat released by a heat emitting component, and conduct the heat to a second region on the first heat conducting layer, to dissipate the heat. The heat dissipation panel also includes first flexible layer, including a third region. The third region adheres to a position that is on the second surface of the first heat conducting layer and that corresponds to a bending region.

Abstract: A display control system and a display apparatus are disclosed. The display control system includes a circuit board including a top edge, a bottom edge opposite to the top edge and a side edge intersecting with the top edge and the bottom edge, a length of the top edge and a length of the bottom edge being larger than that of the side edge; a core module on the circuit board for processing display information; an image data output interface on the circuit board, connected with the core module for outputting display image data; a plurality of function modules on the circuit board, connected with the core module for transmitting the display information to the core module. The function modules and the core module are along the top edge, and the image data output interface is on a side of the function modules close to the bottom edge.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an endoscope apparatus and a method for controlling the endoscope apparatus. The endoscope apparatus may comprise an image collector, configured to collect an image for an eyeball of a user; a controller, configured to calculate a parameter for adjusting an endoscope lens of an endoscope based on the collected image; and the endoscope, configured to adjust the endoscope lens according to the parameter.

Abstract: A heat dissipation apparatus applied to a terminal device includes a phase change material (PCM) and a heat transfer unit. The heat transfer unit is in contact with the PCM to conduct heat of the terminal device to the PCM. Because the PCM maintains a temperature substantially unchanged during a phase change, a temperature of the heat dissipation apparatus is not excessively high while heat is absorbed.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a line segment detection method, apparatus, device, and a computer-readable storage medium. Said method includes: extracting image features of an image to be processed, the image features including an image gradient angle and an image gradient amplitude; determining a plurality of seed points based on the extracted image features; for each seed point of the plurality of seed points, determining a current connected region of respective seed point according to a region growth rule, wherein the region growth rule needs to satisfy both a gradient amplitude growth rule and a gradient angle growth rule simultaneously; and performing line segment fitting on line segments within the current connected region of respective seed point.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a positioning method, a positioning server, and a positioning system. The positioning method includes: receiving a wireless positioning coordinate of a moving object; determining a visual sub-map to be matched in a visual map database based on the wireless positioning coordinate; and obtaining a visual positioning coordinates corresponding to a current image of the moving object captured at time of wireless positioning as a positioning result, based on the determined visual sub-map to be matched.

The gateway device includes a network modem configured to receive updated data for multiple electronic tags. Moreover, the gateway device includes a microcontroller coupled with the network modem and the communication chip to control receiving the updated data for the multiple electronic tags from the network modem and transmitting multiple individual updated data respectively to the multiple electronic tags.

Abstract: A heat dissipation apparatus applied to a terminal device includes a phase change material (PCM) and a heat transfer unit. The heat transfer unit is in contact with the PCM to conduct heat of the terminal device to the PCM. Because the PCM maintains a temperature substantially unchanged during a phase change, a temperature of the heat dissipation apparatus is not excessively high while heat is absorbed.

Abstract: A preparation method of a cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel is disclosed, which including: preparing an alkaline aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid: formulating a sodium hyaluronate alkali liquor with the concentration of 10-30% g/ml; and carrying out a cross-linking reaction: the cross-linking agent used in the cross-linking reaction being divinyl sulfone or 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether, the cross-linking reaction being carried out in an alkaline aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid, the reaction temperature of the cross-linking reaction being 20-40° C., the time of the cross-linking reaction being 4-8 h, and the like. The method of this invention has many advantages, such as easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, high cross-linking efficiency, simple process and post-treatment, and easy operation.

Abstract: An automatic object recognition method and an automatic object recognition system, a shopping device and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium are disclosed. The automatic object recognition method includes: acquiring a first image and a second image, both the first image and the second image including a same object, and the second image being a depth image; extracting a feature point of the object based on the first image; obtaining a joint feature based on the feature point from the first image and depth information of the second image; and recognizing the object based on the joint feature.
