    Abstract: Provided are a porous silicone resin and a light-weight flexible flame-retardant composite material, belonging to the technical field of nano-porous materials. The porous silicon resin is prepared from a porous silicon resin precursor solution by means of curing and drying processes. The porous silicone resin precursor solution includes a flame retardant, a surfactant, a siloxane monomer, a catalyst, an auxiliary agent and a solvent. The porous silicone resin precursor solution is obtained by firstly dissolving the flame retardant and the surfactant in the solvent, and then adding the siloxane monomer, the catalyst and the auxiliary agent and mixing them uniformly. The porous silicone resin and the light-weight flexible flame-retardant composite material prepared therefrom have the excellent properties of high porosity, high flame retardancy, high elasticity and high strain.

    Abstract: A continuous operation method is employed for the microwave high-temperature pyrolysis of a solid material containing an organic matter. The method includes the steps of mixing a solid material containing an organic matter with a liquid organic medium; transferring the obtained mixture to a microwave field; and in the microwave field, continuously contacting the mixture with a strong wave absorption material in an inert atmosphere or in vacuum. The strong wave absorption material continuously generates a high temperature under a microwave such that the solid material containing an organic matter and the liquid organic medium are continuously pyrolyzed to implement a continuous operation.

As for the multi-layer circuit board, a slot segment is opened on at least one daughter board to form a first daughter board. At least one daughter board and medium layers are stacked together. The slot segments are communicated to form a receiving slot. A heat conducting block is placed within the receiving slot. Each medium layer is sandwiched between the daughter boards. The stacked daughter boards, medium layers, and heat conducting block are pressed together, and the pressed daughter boards and heat conducting block are made into a multi-layer circuit board. The heat conducting block is embedded when the circuit board is pressed, thereby simplifying the assembling process of the heat conducting block.
