  • Patent number: 11991713
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to data scheduling methods, apparatus, and systems. In one example method, a network device sends, to a terminal device, downlink control information (DCI) used to schedule N transport blocks (TBs). After determining that a downlink channel that carries first M TBs in the N TBs is transmitted in consecutive first downlink time units, the network device sends the downlink channel to the terminal device. The terminal device receives the downlink channel. After determining that ACKs/NACKs corresponding to the M TBs are transmitted in consecutive first uplink time units, the terminal device sends the ACKs/NACKs corresponding to the M TBs to the network device. N is a positive integer greater than 1, and M is a positive integer greater than 1 and less than or equal to N.

  • Publication number: 20240102114
Abstract: Provided is a proximity ligation assay-based detection method for a high-order structure (HOS) of an RNA virus, including: mixing an RNA virus with a cross-linking agent, conducting cross-linking under ultraviolet (UV) light, and recovering the RNA virus to obtain a cross-linked RNA virus; extracting RNA of the cross-linked RNA virus; conducting fragmentation on the RNA with RNase III to obtain RNA fragments; ligating the RNA fragments and conducting decrosslinking to obtain decrosslinked RNA fragments; constructing a sequencing library for the decrosslinked RNA fragments; and conducting high-throughput sequencing on the sequencing library, and conducting an RNA HOS analysis on a sequencing result. In the present disclosure, high-efficiency short-distance ligation reaction is used to realize the cross-linking of RNA in virus particles in cell culture or collected supernatant, so as to analyze the HOS of RNA virus genome.

  • Publication number: 20220121787
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for component-level non-iterative construction of an airborne real-time model of a variable-cycle engine, which is proposed by using an existing nonlinear component-level dynamic general model of a variable-cycle engine in combination with a modeling idea of an aero-engine LPV model. In the original nonlinear component-level general model of the variable-cycle engine, components are connected together through a system of nonlinear co-working equations, and characteristic parameters of the respective components are obtained by iteratively solving the system of nonlinear co-working equations. In such a process of iteratively solving the system of nonlinear equations, much time is taken to operate the model.
