    Abstract: A stacking device may include a negative delivery structure, a separator delivery structure, a first heater and a positive delivery structure. The negative delivery structure may be configured to deliver a negative electrode sheet. The separator delivery structure may be configured to deliver separators to two sides of the negative electrode sheet such that the separators are attached to the negative electrode sheet. The first heater may be arranged downstream of the separator delivery structure and configured to heat the negative electrode sheet and the separators. The positive delivery structure may be arranged downstream of the first heater and configured to deliver positive electrode sheets to the two sides of the negative electrode sheet such that the positive electrode sheets are attached to the separators.

    Abstract: Devices, assemblies, and associated methods are provided for mobile devices. An example mobile device includes a body defining a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a cavity at the second surface that receives a battery therein. The mobile device includes a locking mechanism coupled with the cavity of the body that moves between an unlocked position and a locked position at which the locking mechanism secures the battery within the cavity in an instance in which the battery is received by the cavity. The cavity and the locking mechanism are configured to prevent a contact between the battery and the locking mechanism that results in movement of the locking mechanism from the locked position to the unlocked position.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for a soft power start solution based on a two pin connector for a device such as a mobile terminal. When a charging pad of the device is first docked to a charging cradle, the charging pad of the device is connected to a plunger in a ground pin, but power is not applied at that moment. In a separate step, the plunger is shorted to a spring flat that allows power to be applied to the charging pad. Similar steps occur during de-docketing. With this method, contact interface burn caused by electrical arcing when docking or de-docking a mobile terminal from a charging cradle may be minimized.
