  • Publication number: 20240069063
Abstract: An on-site reciprocity calibration method for a piezoelectric accelerometer, including a vibration test and a reciprocity test. In the vibration test, a sine excitation with a corresponding frequency and amplitude is provided by a vibration exciting device to the piezoelectric accelerometer fixed on a motion plane, and output signals of a drive port and a signal port of the reciprocal piezoelectric accelerometer are collected by a data acquisition device. In the reciprocity test, a sine voltage excitation is provided by a signal generator to the drive port, and then an excitation signal and an output signal of the signal port are collected by the data acquisition device. An amplitude ratio of the two signals is obtained based on signal sine-fitting. Finally, the on-site calibration is enabled according the sensitivity amplitude ratio obtained in the vibration test and the sensitivity amplitude product obtained in the reciprocity test.

  • Publication number: 20240020441
Abstract: An assessment method for seismic landslide hazard based on a LS-D-Newmark model is performed as follows. Historical landslide data is acquired, and a historical landslide density is determined. The historical landslide data is input into the LS-D-Newmark model, and model parameters are adjusted, such that a static safety factor Fs of a slope is greater than 1 in the absence of external forces. The historical landslide density is introduced to the LS-D-Newmark model, and assignment of the static safety factor Fs is optimized to obtain an optimized static safety factor Fs-L. A slope critical acceleration ac-L and an earthquake-induced slope displacement Dn-L, are calculated to calculate a landslide occurrence probability P of a target landslide region. An assessment device, a processing device, and a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the method are further provided.

  • Publication number: 20230347403
Abstract: A punch and a die for stretching battery case body and its stretching process. The die includes a stepped punch as a male die, at least one thinning ring as a female die, and a variable-wall-thickness stretching step, which belongs to the thinning stretching. When the sheet or plate is stretched to the cup-shaped stretching piece by at least one-time forming stretching, and then through the thinning stretching to finally obtain the variable-wall-thickness battery case body with thin wall in the middle and thick wall at one end or both ends in the axial direction. The body can reduce the material consumption of the middle section of the case body and ensure the roll-sealing strength of one end or both ends, thus solving the problem between the amount of materials and the reliability of the roll sealing caused by the wall thickness of the battery case body.
