Abstract: A downhole tool for forming a seal in a wellbore includes a housing configured for attachment to a string usable to transport the tool in the wellbore to a target depth; a holding chamber disposed within the housing, the holding chamber configured to receive a combination of a metal, a metal oxide, and a negative thermal expansion material in the holding chamber; an initiator operable to initiate a chemical reaction; a pressure applicator configured to apply pressure to seal material in the holding chamber; and an opening in a surface of the housing through which the seal material is expellable from the holding chamber.

Abstract: A lightweight, selectively degradable composite material is disclosed. The composite material comprises a compacted powder mixture of a first powder, the first powder comprising first metal particles comprising Mg, Al, Mn, or Zn, or an alloy of any of the above, or a combination of any of the above, having a first particle oxidation potential, a second powder, the second powder comprising low-density ceramic, glass, cermet, intermetallic, metal, polymer, or inorganic compound second particles, and a third metal powder, the third metal powder comprising third metal particles having an oxidation potential that is different than the first particle oxidation potential. The compacted powder mixture has a microstructure comprising a matrix comprising the first metal particles, the second particles and third particles dispersed within the matrix, the third particles comprising a network of third particles extending throughout the matrix, the composite material having a density of about 3.5 g/cm3 or less.

Abstract: A rigid-flexible coupled unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) morphing wing and an additive manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. A shape memory alloy (SMA) strip/wire for controlling the wing upward deformation and an SMA strip/wire for controlling the wing downward deformation are arranged alternately, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged at intervals on the SMA strips/wires for controlling the wing upward deformation and the SMA strips/wires for controlling the wing downward deformation. The SMA strips/wires for controlling the wing upward deformation and the SMA strips/wires for controlling the wing downward deformation are arranged on a flexible substrate, and are wrapped with an insulating covering. The SMA strips/wires for controlling the wing upward deformation and the SMA strips/wires for controlling the wing downward deformation each are provided with an electric heating element.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulative housing and a plurality of power contact pairs. The insulative housing has a plurality of contact-receiving passageways extending along a front-and-back direction. The power contact pairs are mounted in the corresponding contact-receiving passageways and divided into two opposite rows in a height direction according to contacting portions. Each power contact pair in each row has a first power contact and a second power contact, each one of the first power contact and the second power contact defines a flaky retaining portion held in the relative contact-receiving passageway and a number of contacting portions extending forwards from a front end of the retaining portion. A gap is formed between two adjacent contacting portions of the first power contact, and at least a part of one contacting portion of the second power contact extends through the gap of the first power contact.

Abstract: A method for authorizing access includes generating a public identity parameter and a private identity parameter for each server, and using the public identity parameter of a first server indicated by a first credential from a resource owner to perform identity encryption on the first credential and a first random parameter so as to generate and transmit a first request message to the first server. The private identity parameter is used to decrypt the first request message. The public identity parameter of a second server indicates by the second credential to perform identity encryption on the second credential and a second random parameter so as to generate and transmit a second request message. The second server uses the private identity parameter to perform decryption on the second request message, and the method determines, according to the decrypted second credential, a resource to be provided to the client.

The 3D object detection apparatus includes one or more processing circuit configured to acquire a robust shape value of a 3D object; match the robust shape value of the 3D object with a robust shape value of a 3D sample in a 3D sample database; determine a robust design value of the 3D object based on a robust design value of the matched 3D sample; and detect the 3D object based on a result of the matching process for the robust shape value and the determined robust design value of the 3D object. With the apparatus and the method for 3D printing according to the disclosure, an owner, a designer and a manufacturer of a 3D model can protect the 3D model from infringing intellectual property.

According to the embodiments of the disclosure, it is possible to improve security of data transmission.

Abstract: Disclosed is a catalyst component for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component comprises magnesium, titanium, halogen and an internal electron donor. The internal electron donor includes an imine compound with a ketone group as shown in Formula I. Disclosed further is a method of preparing the catalyst component, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization containing the catalyst component. When the catalyst is used in olefin polymerization reaction especially propene polymerization reaction, the catalyst has a high long-term activity and good hydrogen response, and the obtained polymer has characteristics of an adjustable isotactic index and a relatively wide molecular weight distribution.

The client is configured to generate a verification code and includes: a transaction initiating unit configured to initiate, in response to a predetermined identity verification event regarding a user, a random transaction between a first account and a second account in a data platform system, so that the random transaction is recorded in the data platform system; a verification code generating unit configured to generate, based on at least information about the random transaction, a verification code for verifying an identity of the user; and a sending unit configured to send the generated verification code to a server, so that the server verifies the identity of the user according to a record of the random transaction and the verification code, the data platform system being a decentralized distributed database and records therein being unchangeable and undeletable.

Abstract: There is disclosed a blockchain-based system, and an electronic apparatus and a method in the system. The electronic apparatus at a control node end includes a processor configured to: verify, in response to an ownership declaration for a new object that is first introduced from a to-be-verified node in the system, the ownership declaration; and sign, in a case that the verification is successful, the ownership declaration to be returned to the to-be-verified node, so that the signed ownership declaration is verified by other nodes in the system and a record regarding the ownership declaration is added to the blockchain. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, it is possible to verify the newly introduced object in the blockchain-based system without binding with a cipher coin, while maintaining a peer-to-peer architecture of the blockchain-based system.
