  • Publication number: 20240158737
Abstract: The invention provides an Escherichia coli for synthesizing L-valine, a construction method and use thereof. The Escherichia coli of the invention is designated as Escherichia coli W3110 and was deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection (Address: Bayi Road, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province) under the Accession No. CCTCC M 2022293 on Mar. 18, 2022. The recombinant Escherichia coli takes Escherichia coli as a starting strain, and a transcription regulation factor is overexpressed to obtain a recombinant Escherichia coli. The recombinant Escherichia coli for synthesizing L-valine of the invention is fermented in a 5 L fermentor with trace dissolved oxygen to test strains, the yield of L-valine reaches 112 g/L, and the OD of the bacterium is 104.

  • Patent number: 9871393
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a charging method and a user equipment. The charging method includes: measuring a maximum output current value of a charger according to a received fast charging instruction; setting a charging current value for a battery of a user equipment according to the maximum output current value; receiving, from the charger, a first charging current corresponding to the charging current value; and disconnecting the charger if a charging temperature of the battery is detected to be higher than a preset temperature. The charging method and user equipment provided in the present disclosure solve problems in the prior art that the charger is damaged because of overloading in case of emergency charging, and that the battery of the user equipment is overcharged because of an over-high charging temperature, so that safe and fast charging is implemented.

  • Publication number: 20130318262
Abstract: The present invention provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving a wireless data exchange request of a first data exchange apparatus; locally creating, according to the wireless data exchange request, a magnetic disk symbol associated with the first data exchange apparatus; and processing, through the magnetic disk symbol, data interaction between local data and data in the first data exchange apparatus corresponding to the magnetic disk symbol. By using the data transmission method and apparatus according to the present invention, wireless data transmission performed by a user between a handheld terminal and a computer is as simple and convenient as data transmission between local disks.
