    Abstract: A phase shifting device, an antenna unit and abase station are disclosed. According to an embodiment, the phase shifting device comprises a power divider and a phase shifter. The phase shifter comprises a first plate and a second plate slidable relative to the first plate. Two parallel microstrip lines are provided on a first surface of the first plate.     Abstract: Embodiments are generally directed to an adaptive deformable kernel prediction network for image de-noising. An embodiment of a method for de-noising an image by a convolutional neural network implemented on a compute engine, the image including a plurality of pixels, the method comprising: for each of the plurality of pixels of the image, generating a convolutional kernel having a plurality of kernel values for the pixel; generating a plurality of offsets for the pixel respectively corresponding to the plurality of kernel values, each of the plurality of offsets to indicate a deviation from a pixel position of the pixel; determining a plurality of deviated pixel positions based on the pixel position of the pixel and the plurality of offsets; and filtering the pixel with the convolutional kernel and pixel values of the plurality of deviated pixel positions to obtain a de-noised pixel.

    Abstract: One or more embodiments of the present description provide a method and device for risk prediction of thermal runaway in LIB. The method includes: acquiring knowledge of a mechanism for thermal runaway in LIB; describing an evolution process of thermal runaway in LIB by adopting a fault tree; mapping a fault tree structure to a dynamic Bayesian network model for thermal runaway in LIB to obtain quantitative results of a risk of thermal runaway in LIB; and taking the quantitative results of a dynamic Bayesian network as inputs of a machine learning model to obtain prediction results of the risk of thermal runaway. By using the method in the present embodiment, an evolution trend of battery thermal runaway can be predicted by fusing multiple thermal runaway causes and multi-source data, and thus, the prediction results are relatively accurate.

According to the invention, polyethylene film made with the inventive copolymer has a balance of improved physical, optical, mechanical properties as well as processability. In one aspect, the film includes a 1% secant modulus of greater than 25,000 psi, a film haze of less than 10, a film clarity of greater than 90, a dart impart resistance of greater than 500 g/mil, and a MD tear strength of greater than 500 g/mil.
