The method includes: determining a current version of the application installed on the mobile device and a new version of the application to be installed on the mobile device; generating a binary incremental package by comparing the current version of the application and the new version of the application using a binary file difference tool; in response to a upgrade request from the mobile device: pushing the binary incremental package to the mobile device through a wireless network; and receiving an application upgrade confirmation message from the mobile device. The mobile device is configured to reconstruct a version of the application and replace the current version of the application with the new version of the application using the reconstructed version of the application.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a device for security-inspection of liquid articles with dual-energy CT imaging. The method comprises the steps of obtaining one or more CT images including physical attributes of liquid article to be inspected by CT scanning and a dual-energy reconstruction method; acquiring the physical attributes of each liquid article from the CT image; and determining whether there are drugs concealed in the inspected liquid article based on the difference between the acquired physical attributes and reference physical attributes of the inspected liquid article. The CT scanning can be implemented by a normal CT scanning technique, or a spiral CT scanning technique. In the normal CT scanning technique, the scan position can be preset, or set by the operator with a DR image, or set by automatic analysis of the DR image.

    Abstract: A fuel cell membrane and a method of making the same. The membrane includes at least one non-reinforced layer and at least one reinforced layer. Both layers include a proton-conductive ionomer, while the reinforced layer additionally includes nanofiber-supported catalyst that improve mechanical and chemical durability of the membrane. The nanofiber-supported catalyst is made up of structural fibers onto which an electrocatalyst is coated, deposited or otherwise formed. The structural nanofibers give increased strength and stiffness to the layers that include them, while the electrocatalyst helps to resist electrochemical degradation to the membranes that include them. Such a membrane may form the basis of a fuel cell's membrane electrode assembly.

The method includes: obtaining a back-scattering scan image of a human body under inspection; distinguishing a body image from a background image in the back-scattering scan image; and calculating a feature parameter of the background image to determine whether radioactive substance is carried with the human body. With some embodiments of the present disclosure, it is possible to determine whether any radioactive substance is carried with a human body during back-scattering inspection of the human body. In further embodiments of the present disclosure, it is possible to approximately determine which part(s) of the human body carries the radioactive substance. This improves efficiency of inspection.
