The middle component is coupled to the power output end portion, and the distal component is coupled to the proximal component. A distal portion of the distal component is caused to execute a rocking motion with respect to the first proximal portion of the middle component as the power output end portion is actuated by an actuator.

At least a portion of the tube wall is an axial-length-variable tubular structure.
