    Abstract: A method and a system for optimizing a lifetime of a fuel cell system based on adjustment and constraint of a thermoelectric ratio are provided. The method includes obtaining initial reference voltages of a plurality of single-machine fuel cell systems, and performing a durability test under a normal operating condition to obtain variation relationships of reference voltage over time; monitoring an operating voltage of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems in real-time under the normal operating condition to obtain a real-time monitored voltage and a real-time voltage deviation; calculating a performance expected attenuation profile of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems under the normal operating condition; obtaining current density distribution and actual available heat of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems, and calculating a health state boundary of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems in stable operation, so as to optimize operating modes of the systems.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for valuating a heat dissipation capability of a test platform of hydrogen fuel cell system. A plurality of PTC heaters are connected in series or in parallel in a primary or secondary dispersion water loop to simulate the fuel cell system with different heating powers. A rotation speed of water pump and whether a PTC is operated are controlled, thereby implementing steady and dynamic tests, and a test for integrative operating condition, thereby avoiding a real machine test from controlling a plurality of parameters. Compared with the real machine of a fuel cell, it can better test the heat dissipation capability of the fuel cell system. During the operation, the device does not need to be supplied reaction gases to ensure the safety of the test. The primary and secondary dispersion tests can be performed separately or in parallel.

The instrument comprises a built-in battery, a control unit, a first power-consumption circuit and a second power-consumption circuit, wherein the first power-consumption circuit is electrically connected to the control unit, and power consumption of the second power-consumption circuit in a working state is greater than power consumption of the first power-consumption circuit in a working state; when the instrument is not connected to an external power supply, the control unit and the first power-consumption circuit can be triggered to respectively connect a loop with the built-in battery; and the second power-consumption circuit stays in stop working state when the instrument is not connected to the external power supply. When the instrument is not connected to the external power supply, a small-power-consumption circuit can be triggered to run temporarily, and a large-power-consumption circuit is not connected to the built-in battery.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides msect-4 molecular sieves with OFF and ERI topologies, a preparation method therefor, and applications thereof. An eight-membered ring small pore molecular sieve used as a raw material is dispersed in an aqueous phase. Following that, caustic potash, an aluminum source, and an organic structure-directing agent (OSDA) are added. The pH value is then adjusted to be greater than 10, and a silicon source is introduced to attain the desired silicon-aluminum ratio, followed by stirring reaction, aging, crystallization, filtration, washing, ammonia exchange reaction, drying, and calcination. The msect-4 molecular sieves with OFF and ERI topologies, the preparation method therefor, and applications exhibit excellent hydrothermal stability, a plurality of adsorption sites exposed by a regular bone-like structure, and a large specific surface area.
