Abstract: A method of locating and managing parking space, comprising the steps of: collecting parking data regarding any available parking space within a geographic parking location by a central computerized unit in a real time manner; receiving a parking request from the driver, containing a geographic location of a vehicle of the driver, to the central computerized unit; sending out the parking data to the driver to be displayed on a map of the driver within the geographic parking location to show any available parking space within the geographic parking location; receiving a reserve request from the driver when any one of parking spaces is available; and indicating the available parking space selected by the driver as a reserved space.
