    Abstract: A power meter for measuring power usage in a circuit includes preprocessor and a weighting network. The pre-processor is configured to receive toggle data for a number of power proxy signals in the circuit for a plurality of clock cycles of the circuit in a first time window. The power proxy signals and weighting values are determined automatically from simulated or emulated toggle data. For each power proxy signal, the pre-processor averages the toggle data over one or more clock cycles in one or more second time windows, within the first time window, to provide averaged toggle data, and outputs the averaged toggle data for each second time window. The weighting network is configured to combine the averaged toggle data from the power proxy signals, based on a set of weight values, to provide a measure of the power usage.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a stepper lithography apparatus, its lithography pattern alignment device and operating method. Several three-dimensional marks are set on the wafer as coordinate presets for positioning the wafer surface, and the three-dimensional marks are measured by the sensing technology using probe sensors to obtain coordinates of the wafer surface with sub-nanometer accuracy, the wafer stage is then moved and the new coordinates of the three-dimensional mark are measured and compared with the same three-dimensional nano-coordinates before the wafer stage is moved to obtain the error value of the wafer area position coordinates. This coordinate error is compensated by moving the relative position of the exposure beam generator and the wafer area using the closed-loop control principle to achieve accurate re-alignment of the relative coordinate positions.

The magnetic core and coil group is electrically connected between the signal pre-amplifying measurement circuit and the feedback loop, the signal pre-amplifying measurement circuit comprises the low-noise autozero processing circuit, and the feedback loop and the low-noise autozero processing circuit are electrically connected to the output protection module respectively. By introducing the resonant notch filter, it may extend the passband to the low frequency, and extend the low-frequency characteristic of the magnetic sensor, to obtain a better low-frequency magnetic sensor. The present disclosure further provides an electromagnetic prospecting equipment.

The device includes a measuring coil and a reference coil with linear correlation of additive motion noise; the reference coil and the measuring coil have a same bandwidth, are coaxial and coplanar and are in hard connection or soft connection; detection resolution of the reference coil only distinguishes the additive motion noise; detection resolution of the measuring coil distinguishes real vertical magnetic field signals and motion noise simultaneously; the reference coil has a much smaller outer diameter than the measuring coil. In the method, one coil only receives the additive motion noise, and an other coil simultaneously receives the additive motion noise and the real vertical magnetic field signals; and the additive motion noise received by the two coils is cancelled to obtain the real vertical magnetic field signals.

According to the present disclosure, the problems of various production processes, more times of column chromatography for purification of products accompanied by lower yields in the prior art are solved.
