Abstract: A power meter for measuring power usage in a circuit includes preprocessor and a weighting network. The pre-processor is configured to receive toggle data for a number of power proxy signals in the circuit for a plurality of clock cycles of the circuit in a first time window. The power proxy signals and weighting values are determined automatically from simulated or emulated toggle data. For each power proxy signal, the pre-processor averages the toggle data over one or more clock cycles in one or more second time windows, within the first time window, to provide averaged toggle data, and outputs the averaged toggle data for each second time window. The weighting network is configured to combine the averaged toggle data from the power proxy signals, based on a set of weight values, to provide a measure of the power usage.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a stepper lithography apparatus, its lithography pattern alignment device and operating method. Several three-dimensional marks are set on the wafer as coordinate presets for positioning the wafer surface, and the three-dimensional marks are measured by the sensing technology using probe sensors to obtain coordinates of the wafer surface with sub-nanometer accuracy, the wafer stage is then moved and the new coordinates of the three-dimensional mark are measured and compared with the same three-dimensional nano-coordinates before the wafer stage is moved to obtain the error value of the wafer area position coordinates. This coordinate error is compensated by moving the relative position of the exposure beam generator and the wafer area using the closed-loop control principle to achieve accurate re-alignment of the relative coordinate positions.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an inductive magnetic sensor, which includes a signal pre-amplifying measurement circuit, a feedback loop, a magnetic core and coil group, a low-noise autozero processing circuit, and an output protection module. The magnetic core and coil group is electrically connected between the signal pre-amplifying measurement circuit and the feedback loop, the signal pre-amplifying measurement circuit comprises the low-noise autozero processing circuit, and the feedback loop and the low-noise autozero processing circuit are electrically connected to the output protection module respectively. By introducing the resonant notch filter, it may extend the passband to the low frequency, and extend the low-frequency characteristic of the magnetic sensor, to obtain a better low-frequency magnetic sensor. The present disclosure further provides an electromagnetic prospecting equipment.

The defrosting apparatus includes a heat exchange film, and the heat exchange film has a first channel and a second channel that are arranged crosswise. The first channel communicates with the air intake vent of the outdoor channel, the second channel communicates with the indoor channel, and the first channel communicates with the second channel. The defrosting apparatus further includes a switch valve, and the switch valve is configured to control the second channel to communicate with the indoor channel.

The device includes a measuring coil and a reference coil with linear correlation of additive motion noise; the reference coil and the measuring coil have a same bandwidth, are coaxial and coplanar and are in hard connection or soft connection; detection resolution of the reference coil only distinguishes the additive motion noise; detection resolution of the measuring coil distinguishes real vertical magnetic field signals and motion noise simultaneously; the reference coil has a much smaller outer diameter than the measuring coil. In the method, one coil only receives the additive motion noise, and an other coil simultaneously receives the additive motion noise and the real vertical magnetic field signals; and the additive motion noise received by the two coils is cancelled to obtain the real vertical magnetic field signals.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing an N-acetyl-D-galactosamine tripolymer precursor. In the preparation of the tripolymer precursor, a compound 4 is prepared by the following steps: adding a compound 3, a 4? molecular sieve powder, and a reaction solvent into a reactor; inflating and changing protective gas for 3 times; stirring; firstly adding an enol, followed by slowly dropping trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate; after a reaction, quenching the reaction with an alkali solution; and performing extraction, separating liquid, washing, drying, filtration, etc., so as to obtain the compound 4. According to the present disclosure, the problems of various production processes, more times of column chromatography for purification of products accompanied by lower yields in the prior art are solved.

Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for optimally ranking and indexing accommodation listing information based on a set of constraints corresponding to a travel activity goal input on a client device. In an embodiment, an accommodation management system receives a travel activity goal input by a guest user on a client device with a corresponding set of constraints. Based on the constraints, the accommodation management system determines a set of geographic coordinates corresponding to the travel activity, and further identifies the set of candidate accommodation listings with accommodations within a threshold distance from the geographic coordinates. The accommodation management system filters and ranks the candidate accommodation listings based on the constraints, and sends a recommendation to the guest user for display on the client device which includes one or more of the ranked accommodation listings.

The power meter includes circuitry for generating toggle data, such as signal transitions or signal levels, from signals at the proxy locations and combiner circuitry for combining the toggle data in a first time window with a set of weight value to produce a measure of power usage in the first circuit.
