  • Publication number: 20230353049
Abstract: A controller for a switching regulator incorporates a protection circuit to limit the negative current to a negative current threshold while operating the switching regulator to sink current from the load without damage to the power switches. In some embodiments, in response to the negative current reaching the negative current threshold, the protection circuit turns off the low-side power switch and turns on the high-side power switch for a maximum time period. In the event the negative current has not recovered, the high-side power switch and the low-side power switch are both turned off while the high-side power switch conducts the negative current through the high-side power switch body diode. When the negative current recovers to a recovery level, the low-side power switch can then be turned on. The protection circuit repeats the process each time the negative current is detected to have reached the negative current threshold.

  • Publication number: 20230021507
Abstract: Fiber optic connectors and connectorized fiber optic cables include connector housings having locking portions defined on the connector housing that allow the connector housing to be selectively coupled to a corresponding push-button securing member of a multiport assembly. Methods for selectively connecting a fiber optic connector to and disconnecting the fiber optic connector from the multiport assemblies allow for connector housings to be forcibly and nondestructively removed from the multiport assembly.

  • Patent number: 10183688
Abstract: Drive-side engagement protrusions (66, 66) formed on the outer surface of a drive-side cam (29a) are press-fitted in engagement cutouts (75, 75) formed in a second joining section (70) of an adjustment lever (23a), and a fitting hole (74) formed in the second joining section (70) of the adjustment lever (23a) is fitted over and affixed, by interference fit, to the portion of a rod-like member (17a), which is located near one end thereof in the axial direction. As a result, the adjustment lever (23a), the drive-side cam (29a), and the rod-like member (17a) are joined so as to be rotatable together. The provided structure can prevent the adjustment lever from rocking and rattling even in an unlocked state.
