The at least two driving units are located on at least one side of the array substrate, the driving unit includes at least two grounding pins, a grounding pin of at least one of the driving units is connected to the peripheral grounding line, and each of at least one grounding pin of one of two adjacent driving units is electrically connected to a corresponding grounding pin of the other adjacent driving unit.

    Abstract: A channel state information measurement method and apparatus and a network side device are described. The measurement method includes configuring, by a network side device, channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) transmit information of M access points. The CSI-RS transmit information is used to indicate the M access points to periodically send a CSI-RS to a first user equipment at a preset interval. The preset interval is a time interval and/or a subband interval, and M is an integer greater than 1. The network side device obtains channel state information (CSI) corresponding to each of the M access points. The CSI corresponding to the access point includes first CSI, and the first CSI is information that is measured based on the CSI-RS corresponding to the access point and fed back by the first user equipment.

    Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for a controller that can generate and use non-stationary polar codes for encoding and decoding information. In one example, a method includes performing, by an encoder of the controller, a linear operation on at least one vector of information to be stored in a memory. The linear operation includes generating a polar encoded representation from the at least one vector of information. The linear operation also includes generating an output using at least one permutation that is based on a statistical characterization analysis of channels of the memory and a channel dependent permutation that is applied to the polar encoded representation. In some aspects, the statistical characterization analysis includes a respective reliability level of each one of the plurality of channels, and the channel dependent permutation includes an ordered permutation that orders the channels according to their respective reliability level.

Methods and configurations described herein can reconstruct and recover data from a distributed network in the event of one or more failures or erasures. According to embodiments, a method includes determining the number of nodes and number of symbols of a flexible storage code, and reconstructing the information using the flexible storage code and determined numbers of nodes and symbols. The flexible storage code may be configured for a flexible number of nodes and symbols for information to use a subarray of symbols and nodes of a storage code array for information. Flexible storage codes may provide a framework for a reconstruction configuration using one or more of a flexible locally recoverable code (LRC), flexible partial maximum distance separable code (PMDSC), and flexible minimum storage regenerating code (MSRC).

    Abstract: Methods and devices are provided for error correction of distributed data in distributed systems using Reed-Solomon codes. In one embodiment, processes are provided for error correction that include receiving a first correction code for data fragments stored in storage nodes, constructing a second correction code responsive to an unavailable storage node of the storage nodes, performing erasure repair of the unavailable storage node, and outputting a corrected data fragment. The first correction code is a Reed-Solomon code represented as a polynomial and the second correction code is represented as a second polynomial with an increased subpacketization size. Processes are configured to account for repair bandwidth and sub-packetization size. Code constructions and repair schemes accommodate different sizes of evaluation points and provide a flexible tradeoff between the subpacketization size repair bandwidth of codes.

    Abstract: A magnetic material having dual properties and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The magnetic material having dual properties consists of: 5% to 88% of a permanent magnetic material, 5% to 88% of a soft magnetic material, 6% to 16% of a binder, and 1% to 10% of an auxiliary agent. The magnetic material having dual properties manufactured by mixing two phases without microscopic intergranular exchange coupling interaction has unexpected effects: the range of a magnetically attracted object is expanded to include a magnet having dual properties; the range of a magnetically attractive object is expanded to include a magnet having dual properties; the minimum value of the magnetic attraction force is increased, the magnetic attraction force is more uniform, and it is smoother to move and rotate an object. The effect obtained by two layers of the soft magnet and the permanent magnet can be realized by a single layer structure of the magnet having dual properties.
