    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for the preparation and application of modified extracellular vesicles specifically targeted to the kidneys. These modified extracellular vesicles are derived from fibroblastic reticular cells in the mesentery tissue and express anti-inflammatory proteins after being modified with anchor peptides. By combining the extracellular vesicles secreted from fibroblastic reticular cells in the mesentery tissue with anchor peptides, the present invention ensures the effective targeting of the exosomes to the kidneys. Additionally, through genetic engineering of fibroblastic reticular cells, the exosomes secreted by these cells can carry the target molecule, anti-inflammatory protein CD5L, achieving precise targeted therapy for the kidneys. This innovative treatment strategy holds promising potential for the treatment of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury, bringing positive impacts to patients' health.

Executing the VCC algorithm includes provisioning a data credit for the user connection corresponding to an initial usage estimate, placing the user connection into a first mode, initiating a timer associated with the user connection, and iteratively provisioning additional data credits associated with the user connection based on the timer. Executing the VCC algorithm further includes determining whether the user corresponding to the user connection has consumed data through the on-board network in excess of the data credit and the additional data credits; and responsive to determining that the user has consumed data in excess of the data credit and the additional data credits, placing the user connection into a second mode.

    Abstract: A zero-gravity automotive seat with linkage-adjusted seat belt, may have a base, a frame, and a drive assembly for driving a front end of the frame to move up and down in a lifting fashion and a linkage assembly. A socket component for fixing the seat belt is mounted and carried on the linkage assembly. The linkage assembly is dynamically linked to the drive assembly. When the drive assembly drives the front end of the frame to move up and down in a lifting fashion, the socket component can move forwards and rearwards synchronously with the linkage assembly. The position of the seat belt socket can be adjusted automatically as the frame of the zero-gravity seat rotates, reducing the feeling of oppression which the belt part of the seat belt engenders in the passenger's abdomen, and increasing the comfort and safety of the seat.

    Abstract: An echo planar imaging method capable of reducing image distortion is provided. Two radio frequency (RF) pulses ? and ? are used to respectively flip over a longitudinal magnetization into a transverse plane at different moments, so as to obtain observable transverse magnetization; the transverse magnetization obtained by flipping over the longitudinal magnetization by means of ? and ? are respectively rephased in two different echo trains by means of gradient pulses. Navigator echo signals are respectively collected before the two gradient echo trains, and the amplitude difference between two gradient echo train signals is corrected on the basis of the amplitude difference between the two navigator echo signals. Correcting the signals collected by the two gradient echo trains, so as to obtain two pieces of image data, and the two pieces of image data are averaged to obtain a final image.
