    Abstract: A long-service-life PWS cable with replaceable sleeve and shielding gas. It consists of wire strands, wrapping tape covering the wire strands, and a sheath arranged outside the wire strands, and is characterized in that the sheath is covered with an outer protective sleeve and shielding gas is filled between the wires in the wire strands. The wire strands of the present invention is completely under protection in a shielding gas environment which effectively avoids the corrosion of the wire strands; the protective sleeve outside the sheath of the PWS cable is a replaceable segmented and fragmented sleeve structure, which is convenient to be replaced and installed, substantially prolonging the service life of the PWS cable system with great promotional value achieved.

Two attitude-adjusting articulated shafts opposite to each other are connected between the attitude-adjusting ring and the rotary wing fixing ring. Two cabin articulated shafts opposite to each other are connected between the spherical cabin and the attitude-adjusting ring. The attitude-adjusting articulated shaft and the cabin articulated shaft are in transmission connection with an attitude-adjusting motor. The attitude-adjusting motor and the gyroscope are electrically connected to the control system.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rotary transition section and a tempering and forming apparatus for forming bent glass. The rotary transition section includes a main rack and an auxiliary rack. A plurality of flexible shaft rollers for forming glass are arranged at intervals on the auxiliary rack along the glass conveying direction. An end of the auxiliary rack that is closer to a heating furnace is rotatably connected to the main rack. An end of the auxiliary rack that is away from the heating furnace is connected to a traction mechanism arranged on the main rack. In the tempering and forming apparatus employing the rotary transition section, a forming and tempering section has a lifting function to achieve abutment against a roller surface after the rotation of the transition section, which in turn solves the technical problem that the edge of the glass is difficult to form.

    Abstract: A method for bending and tempering of curved glass using flexible shafts is provided. During production of curved glass, after discharged from a heating furnace, glass is preformed with the two edge portions of the glass in the transverse direction being kept in the same plane and the middle portion of the glass in the transverse direction gradually sinks along the conveying direction. The glass then enters a forming and tempering section with the two edge portions in the transverse direction being supported and is finally formed and tempered. In this method, when the glass gradually becomes curved and enters the forming and tempering section, the two edge portions of the glass in the transverse direction are always supported by flexible shaft roller beds, thereby preventing the edge portions from being dangled and avoiding the formation of wavy edge portions.
