Abstract: The present invention discloses a bone conduction vibration sound producing apparatus and a wearable device. The bone conduction vibration sound producing apparatus includes a housing, a vibration assembly, a coil, and two elastic members. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity. A flexible circuit board connected to the coil is disposed outside the housing. The flexible circuit board is disposed at an end of the housing in a length direction, and is configured to be connected to an external control circuit. The vibration assembly is provided in the accommodating cavity. The coil is fixed with respect to the housing and surrounds an outer periphery of the vibration assembly. The two elastic members are respectively connected to two ends of the vibration assembly and are both connected to the housing.
