The substrate includes multiple active areas. The bit line structures are located above the active areas, and include multiple bit lines extending in a first direction parallel to the surface of the substrate and multiple contact plugs electrically connected to the bit lines and the active areas. The isolation structure includes a first insulating layer including a first part and a second part located below the first part, a second insulating layer covering the surface of the second part and a third insulating layer covering at least the surface of the first part. The first part covers at least side walls of the bit lines, and the second part covers at least side walls of the contact plugs.

For the characteristic that a three-dimensional magnet coil of a stellarator is complex in structure, the present disclosure provides the stellarator magnet based on the cubic permanent magnet blocks with uniform magnetization, same magnetization and same size; the magnetization directions of the cubic permanent magnet blocks are defined in a limited number of fixed alternative directions; the magnetic field configuration of the stellarator is generated by dipole magnetic fields provided by the permanent magnet blocks and planar coils, so that the device complexity of the stellarator is reduced, and the difficulty and cost of the machining and installation of the magnet are reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a process for desulfurizing gasoline fraction by solvent extraction: introducing the gasoline fraction into an extraction tower at a lower-middle part thereof, introducing a solvent into the extraction tower at the top thereof, injecting saturated C5 hydrocarbon into a reflux device at the bottom of the extraction tower, wherein the gasoline fraction which is desulfurized flows out from the top of the extraction tower; the solvent that has extracted sulfide, aromatics and C5 hydrocarbon flows out from the bottom of the extraction tower, and is separated into a C5 hydrocarbon-containing light component, a sulfur-rich component, water and the solvent. The present invention also provides a process for deeply desulfurizing catalytic cracking gasoline, which flexibly combines the process described above and an existing desulfurization technology.
