  • Publication number: 20220349924
Abstract: The present invention disclosed a method for calculating an oscillation damping ratio of a power grid, and relates to the field of power system operation and control. When a power system oscillates, an oscillation period, two oscillation extreme points, and an oscillation direct current component start to be detected. Then an oscillation decay time constant is calculated according to the two oscillation extreme points and the oscillation direct current component. The oscillation damping ratio is calculated through the oscillation decay time constant and the oscillation period. Compared with a conventional fitting method, the conventional fitting method cannot calculate and analyze the oscillation damping ratio in a cast that a complete oscillation waveform is not obtained. The method proposed by the present inventive patent may complete the calculation of the oscillation damping ratio in a case of obtaining 2 pieces of data, so as to accelerate the speed of calculation.

  • Patent number: 11412426
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). In one aspect, the UE is configured to generate a handover request related to a wireless communication session between the UE and a wireless local area network (WLAN) device, and establish, independent of an access check, a radio resource control (RRC) connection with a base station. In another aspect, the UE is configured to perform an access check based on a bias value, and establish an RRC connection with a base station based on a result of the access check. The access check performed based on a communication indicator related to a wireless communication session between the UE and a WLAN device.

  • Patent number: 11381445
Abstract: Methods and apparatus in a fifth-generation wireless communications network, including an example method, in a wireless device, that includes determining a reporting quality threshold for a parameter related to channel state information (CSI); performing a measurement for each of a plurality of beams from a first predetermined set of beams for evaluation; evaluating the measurement for each of the plurality of beams against the reporting quality threshold; discontinuing the performing and evaluating of measurements in response to determining that the reporting quality threshold is met for one of the beams, such that one or more beams in the first predetermined set of beams are not measured and evaluated; and reporting, to the wireless communications network, CSI for the one of the beams.

  • Publication number: 20220208397
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a stellarator magnet based on cubic permanent magnet blocks and an arrangement optimization method thereof. For the characteristic that a three-dimensional magnet coil of a stellarator is complex in structure, the present disclosure provides the stellarator magnet based on the cubic permanent magnet blocks with uniform magnetization, same magnetization and same size; the magnetization directions of the cubic permanent magnet blocks are defined in a limited number of fixed alternative directions; the magnetic field configuration of the stellarator is generated by dipole magnetic fields provided by the permanent magnet blocks and planar coils, so that the device complexity of the stellarator is reduced, and the difficulty and cost of the machining and installation of the magnet are reduced.
