    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a trackball apparatus, a medical input apparatus, and an ultrasonic imaging apparatus. The trackball apparatus includes a cover plate, a housing and a ball. The cover plate has a first surface and a second surface, where an opening portion passing through the first surface and the second surface is provided at the center of the cover plate, and one or more engaging portions are provided on the second surface. The housing has an accommodating portion, where when the cover plate is mounted on the housing, the one or more engaging portions are located on an outer side of the housing. The ball is accommodated in the accommodating portion in a freely rotatable state, where a part of the ball is exposed from the opening portion. In this way, the trackball apparatus can be easily mounted and detached, thereby facilitating maintenance and product replacement.

    Abstract: Position coordinates from a second vehicle are received at a first vehicle using a dedicated short range communication protocol. The position coordinates from the second vehicle include an error. Position coordinates for the first vehicle are received from a positioning system in the first vehicle where the position coordinates for the first vehicle also includes the error. The position coordinates from the second vehicle and the position coordinates from the first vehicle are used to determine a relative distance and orientation between the first vehicle and the second vehicle such that the error is reduced in the relative distance and orientation.

Historical payroll metrics are determined for a job title, and future payroll metrics are estimated for the job title. Forecasted workforce metrics are estimated for the job title, and preferred workforce metrics are determined for a specified period of time for the job title. It is determined whether a low-point is expected within the specified period. The forecasted workforce metrics and the preferred workforce metrics are compared to estimate an employee-hour deficit in the workforce. A hiring recommendation is generated based on the employee-hour deficit and open requisitions, and an employee status is assigned to the recommendation based on the low-point.
