  • Publication number: 20230238291
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to determining a process condition in a semiconductor process using attribute-relative process conditions. An example is a method of forming an integrated circuit (IC). First and second historical process conditions are obtained. The first historical process conditions are of previous semiconductor processing corresponding to a target value of a process attribute for forming the IC, and the second historical process conditions are of previous semiconductor processing corresponding to variable values of the process attribute. Attribute-relative process conditions are calculated. Each attribute-relative process condition is based on the first historical process conditions and the second historical process conditions that correspond to a respective given value of the variable values. An average process condition is determined from a subset of the attribute-relative process conditions.

  • Patent number: 10666451
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for controlling the access of a household appliance device to a network. The method includes grouping network configuration information according to a grouping rule; generating a data block of each group, and the data block of each group contains a data packet corresponding to characters on each of information bits of a current group and a data packet corresponding to a serial number, and the length of the data packet corresponds to the characters on one information bit, or corresponds to the serial number, and sequentially broadcasting the data packet in each data block according to a grouping order. Moreover, the efficiency of the household appliance device accessing the network can be improved.

  • Publication number: 20150070360
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and mobile terminal for drawing sliding track. The method comprises: A) obtaining the total sliding distance and the total sliding time for sliding from the sliding start position to the sliding end position; B) drawing the sliding track of the current frame image in the sliding start position, recording the current time for finishing the drawing of the current frame image; C) obtaining the drawing time from the drawing start time to the current time for finishing the drawing of the current frame image, judging whether the drawing time is greater than or equal to the total sliding time, if no, performing the step D, if yes, performing the step E; D) according to the drawing time, the total sliding time and the total sliding distance, obtaining the current sliding distance, replacing the sliding start position by the sum of the sliding start position and the current sliding distance, returning to the step B; E) drawing the sliding track of the last frame image in the sliding end position.

  • Patent number: 8922491
Abstract: A method enabling keystroke acceleration includes: receiving a signal indicating a key is kept pressing; obtaining a current acceleration start time; perform an operation corresponding to the key pressed when the current acceleration start time arrives, judging whether the key is still being pressed; performing the step of obtaining the current acceleration start time when the key is still being pressed. The apparatus includes: a receiving module, an obtaining module, a first processing module and a second processing module. According to the present invention, after a signal indicating a key is kept pressed, a current acceleration start time is obtained, and the keystroke is responded when the current acceleration start time arrives. Therefore, the user does not have to press a key repeatedly, and the key operation can be automatically performed, which reduces the number of keystrokes needed and makes the operation simpler and less time-consuming.

  • Publication number: 20040077020
Abstract: Using RNA samples from mononuclear blood cells, gene sequences were identified that can be used to identify patients with IBD, and then distinguish patients with Crohn's disease from those with ulcerative colitis. Sequences were identified whose overexpression was distinct to patients with IBD, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis when compared to patients with non-IBD intestinal disorders. Additionally, cluster analysis was used to identify twenty-five sequences that are IBD-related, and whose transcription pattern can be used in a microarray analysis to identify patients with IBD with a sensitivity of 84% and a specificity of 100%. Cluster analysis also identified thirty-six genes that could be used to distinguish patients with Crohn's disease from those with ulcerative colitis with a sensitivity of 89% and a specificity of 80%.
