  • Publication number: 20250005440
Abstract: An extended two tower network is used to make both a recommendation of a content item that a given user may be interested in, and a recommendation of a user that may be interested in a given content item. The extended two tower network includes a content item sub-tower, a user sub-tower, and a fusion sub-model that are jointly trained to predict a probability that a given user is interested in a given content item. The content item sub-tower and the user sub-tower are used to make an initial prediction that the given user will be interested in the given content item. The initial prediction is then input to the fusion sub-model to make a final prediction. In the case of a candidate invitee recommendation, the initial prediction may be combined with one or more interaction features and the combination input to the fusion sub-model to make the final prediction.

  • Patent number: 12062436
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include computer-implemented methods and systems that can efficiently generate highly relevant recommended search terms to clinicians. A hybrid collaborative filtering model recommends search terms for a specific patient to the clinician. The model draws on information from patients' clinical encounters and the searches that were performed during the clinical encounters. To generate recommendations, the model uses search terms which are (1) frequently co-occurring with the ICD codes recorded for the patient and (2) highly relevant to the most recent search terms. One variation of the model uses only the most recent ICD codes assigned to the patient. Another variation uses all ICD codes. Comprehensive experiments of embodiments of the methods and systems have demonstrate high levels of performance.

  • Patent number: 10832237
Abstract: A method for token-based communication between extraneous applications and an electronic wallet includes: (1a) selecting items for storage in the core wallet by one or more extraneous application(s); (1b) sending information on the selected items to the core wallet by the extraneous application(s); (1c) displaying the selected items on the terminal by the core wallet; (1d) waiting for activation of at least one of the displayed items based on interaction of the user with the core wallet; (1e) retrieving, for each activated item, a token associated with the item in the extraneous application from which the item originates by the core wallet; and (1f) storing the tokens retrieved in step (1e) in a wallet applet installed on a secure element that is configured for wireless radio communication.

  • Patent number: 9898734
Abstract: A method for terminal device-based communications between a third-party application and an electronic wallet includes: the third-party application setting up a connection to an Internet service; the third-party application receiving a request and setting up a communication channel between the third party application and the electronic wallet within the terminal device via the On-Device API; verifying, by the electronic wallet, an access right of the request of the third party application; the third-party application forwarding the request to the electronic wallet if the access right is approved; the electronic wallet generating a corresponding response; forwarding the response via the On-Device API to the third party application, wherein the third party application forwards the response to the Internet service.

  • Publication number: 20110040688
Abstract: A method for the decentralized distribution of digital content via a network includes providing content with a tag configured to allow at least one of an operator of a download portal and a content provider to track distribution of the content so as to collect data about a number of downloads of the content and about distributors of the content. A distributor downloads the content via the download portal and selects a content consumer for further distribution of the content. The content consumer receives the content and, at least in the case of a first-time utilization of the content by the content consumer, transmits information from the tag about utilization of the content to a server specified by the tag. At least one of the operator of the download portal and the content provider receives the information from the tag about the utilization of the content from the server.
