Abstract: The present disclosure is generally related to modified filamentous fungal strains (cells) comprising enhanced protein productivity phenotypes, wherein such modified strains are particularly well-suited for growth in submerged cultures (e.g., large-scale production of proteins for industrial/commercial applications). Thus, certain embodiments of the disclosure are related to such variant (modified) strains of filamentous fungus derived (obtained) from parental strains comprising a gene encoding a native GEF1 protein, wherein the variant strain comprises a genetic modification which disrupts or deletes a gene encoding a native GEF1 protein, wherein the variant strain comprises an increased protein productivity phenotype (i.e., relative to the parental strain) when grown/cultivated/fermented under the same conditions.

The search assistant system then determines whether to proactively provide, to the user, search results for the top-candidate of those completed queries. That determination may take into account factors such as whether the top-candidate qualifies as a dominant completed query, a richness metric determined for the search results for the particular completed query, and/or a satisfaction metric determined for the search results for the particular completed query.

Abstract: A tool bit for an ultrasonic osteotome comprises a cutting portion at a front end of the tool bit for an ultrasonic osteotome, a bit body connected to a transducer, and an arbor connecting the cutting portion and the bit body. The cutting portion is of a flat sheet structure, two narrow faces of which form an upper cutter ridge and a lower cutter ridge of the cutting portion, a length of the upper cutter ridge being greater than that of the lower cutter ridge. The upper cutter ridge and the lower cutter ridge are parallel flat surfaces and are connected by an arc portion at a head end of the cutting portion. The arc portion is formed with cutter teeth. The cutting portion is bent in a direction towards the upper cutter ridge. A bent portion is formed at a position on the arbor adjacent to the cutting portion.

Abstract: A group of arabinose isomerases are disclosed that provide effective amounts of activity for use of arabinose in production of ethanol, when expressed in yeast cells expressing the other enzymes of an arabinose utilization pathway. The group of arabinose isomerases represents a clade of a phylogenetic tree, having a distinguishing conserved amino acid sequence motif. Other useful arabinose isomerases are also disclosed.

URLs from the plurality of URLs are selected to schedule for refreshment of snapshots corresponding to web pages associated with the URLs. The plurality of snapshots is provided for display, wherein each snapshot is a viewable and actionable link to the corresponding URL the snapshot is associated with.

At least one multi-layered key is generated based on one or more of the plurality of tokens. One or more suggestions are retrieved based on the at least one multi-layered key. At least one of the one or more suggestions is provided to be presented to the user.
