  • Patent number: 8612489
Abstract: For each of a plurality of concepts indicated in an XBRL schema associated with an XBRL instance, concept relationship information is determined. The concept relationship information is determined from the XBRL schema, context information indicated in the XBRL instance, and at least one of a plurality of files that constitute a taxonomy set for the XBRL instance. Attribute information is determined for each concept based, at least in part, on the XBRL schema and at least one of the files that constitute the taxonomy set. An XML document is generated with XML elements structured in accordance with the concept relationship information. Each of the XML elements is populated with corresponding ones of XBRL facts to yield the structured XML data model instance.

  • Patent number: 8267040
Abstract: In a plasma processing apparatus that processes a wafer in a process vessel by plasma generated by the supply of a microwave, a transmissive window has, in a center area of its lower surface, a hanging portion made of the same material as a material of the transmissive window. Between an outer peripheral surface of the hanging portion and a sidewall inner surface continuing from a support part, a gap is formed, the gap having a gap length of 0.5 to 10 mm, more preferably 0.5 to 5 mm. The generation of a strong electric field and plasma at a contact point is inhibited and an amount of sputtered particles, radicals, or the like reaching the wafer is also reduced.

  • Patent number: 7873939
Abstract: Provides processing logic modeling and executing methods, systems and apparatus. These facilitate collaboration between business analyst and IT staff for process modeling and maintenance of the consistency between business level design and IT implementation design. A task is decomposed into sub-tasks and is represented by a tree. Annotations to the nodes of the tree are used to represent the relations between the sub-tasks. A processing logic is thus completed. When executing the processing logic, traversing the tree follows according to the annotations.

  • Patent number: 7707017
Abstract: A system modeling facilitating method and apparatus, wherein, entities and interactions among the entities are introduced gradually starting from critical entities in a system to form an abstract view of the entities. An associated sub-module is built for at least one of the entities and interfaces to other entities are formed for the sub-module. Representations of behaviors and logical relations among the behaviors, as well as links between its interfaces and representations of behaviors are built. When an entity is extended to be a sub-module, other entities appear in abstract form, forming a local view of sub-module together with the other entities shown in abstract form. A global view can be formed by combining the sub-modules depicted in the local view based on the interaction described in the abstract view.
