The two supporting plate units are disposed respectively on the rotating units, and each of the supporting plate units has a main supporting plate having first and second ends respectively proximate to and distal from the fixing seat, an auxiliary supporting plate, and a plurality of resilient members. The rotating units are movable between an opened state, where a distance between the auxiliary supporting plates is smaller than a distance between the main supporting plates, and a closed state, where the supporting plate units face each other, a distance between the main supporting plates decreases from the first ends of the main supporting plates to the second ends of the main supporting plates, and for each supporting plate unit, each of the auxiliary supporting plates is pivoted to an angle relative to the main supporting plate.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for automatically drawing infographics. Variables of a dataset are received from a computing device that were selected by the user of the computing device. For those selected variables that are associated with a data model, a procedure to draw infographics for variables assigned or not assigned the role of a target using the data model associated with each of the variables assigned or not assigned the role of target, respectively, is implemented. Alternatively, if the selected variables are not associated with a data model, then such variables are assigned a level of measurement as well as assigned the role of input. Such assignments become the data model which, along with the metadata (e.g., values of the variable) obtained by parsing the original data, are used to implement the procedure to draw infographics for variables not assigned the role of a target.

The method further includes determining a delivery content by training a classification model to predict whether content will result in an impression, inputting, into the classification model, the content update, receiving an impression score for the content update, and selecting one of a full update and a partial update as the delivery content from the impression score. The content update can be pushed to a client device according to the delivery interval.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to an expression method of a Haemocoagulase Acutus (Halase) recombinant protein. The method includes the following steps: (1) optimizing a halase gene; (2) performing Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification on an optimized halase gene; (3) constructing an Agkis-pMCX expression vector, transforming plasmids to competent cells of an Escherichia coli for amplification, screening in an Amp-resistant manner for positive cloning, sequencing and extracting recombinant plasmids with correct sequencing; (4) transfecting recombinant plasmids to CHO cells; and (5) expressing the recombinant protein and identifying. According to the expression method, a recombinant halase is expressed first using the CHO cells cultured in a serum-free suspension manner; and by utilizing a bioengineering means, the actual production problems of insufficient raw material sources and unstable quality of a snake venom product are solved successfully.

Flexible connection through the hose and connecting pipe makes more adjustment room than rigid connection. Distance between the connecting pipe and shower column body is adjusted by moving the connecting pipe in the movement channel. System adjustment and installation are quickly completed according to different depths of water supply pipes.
