Abstract: Provided are separators for use in batteries and capacitors comprising (a) at least 50% by weight of an aluminum oxide and (b) an organic polymer, wherein the aluminum oxide is surface modified by treatment with an organic acid to form a modified aluminum oxide, and wherein the treatment provides dispersibility of the aluminum oxide in aprotic solvents such as N-methyl pyrrolidone. Preferably, the organic acid is a sulfonic acid, such as p-toluenesulfonic acid. Also preferably, the organic polymer is a fluorinated polymer, such as polyvinylidene fluoride. Also provided are electrochemical cells and capacitors comprising such separators.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electric lifting type cargo work platform. It includes a frame, a column, a stand and a shelf. The column is provided on the frame, and includes an electric push rod and a multi-stage sleeve. The multi-stage sleeve includes an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, and a middle sleeve. The middle sleeve is provided with rollers, and each of the roller is provided with a chain. One end of the chain extends downward and is connected to the outer sleeve, the other end is connected to the frame. The output end of the electric push rod is connected to the middle sleeve. The stand and the shelf are provided on the column and can move in a height direction by means of the column.

Abstract: The embodiments of the disclosure provide an interpolation filtering method and apparatus for intra-frame prediction, a medium, and an electronic device. According to a distance between a prediction pixel and a first reference pixel, a target filter matching the distance is selected from a filter parameter corresponding to a specified prediction unit, and interpolation filtering processing is performed on a second reference pixel by using the target filter, to obtain a predicted value of the prediction pixel.

The network element further determines that a candidate policing rule is being utilized greater than a threshold based on at least the control plane data processing statistics, where the candidate policing rule is one of the plurality of control plane data policing rules stored in the system memory. In accordance with an embodiment the system comprises a traffic director having one or more traffic director instances, which is configured to receive and communicate requests, from clients, to origin servers having one or more pools of servers. A traffic monitor, at the traffic director, monitors traffic, including the number of connections, between the traffic director instances and one or more of the resource servers within the origin servers. The traffic director can set a traffic rate which controls the traffic, including the number of connections, to provide surge protection, or rate acceleration/deceleration.
