    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for characterizing a behavior change of a process. A behavior model that can include a set of behavior parameters can be generated based on behavior data characterizing a prior behavior change of a process. A stimulus parameter for a performance test can be determined based on the set of behavior parameters. An application of the performance test to the process can be controlled based on the stimulus parameter to provide a measure of behavior change of the process. Response data characterizing one or more responses associated with the process during the performance test can be received. The set of behavior parameters can be updated based on the response data to update the behavior model characterizing the behavior change of the process. In some examples, the behavior model can be evaluated to improve or affect a future behavior performance of the process.

The method further includes computing, by the processor device based on the set of embeddings, an activity representation that includes a set of POI candidate embeddings. The method also includes composing, by the processor device, a stop embedding based on the activity representation and the embeddings in the set and corresponding to a given stop in the user trajectory. The method additionally includes computing, by the processor device, the trajectory-based POI recommendation using an attention-based, user-specific, multi-stop trajectory, Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) model applied to the stop embedding.

Word representations for the plurality of words are determined based on the sentence graph by applying a graph convolution operation on respective sets of neighbor nodes for respective ones of the nodes, a set of neighbor nodes for a node having edges connected with the node. A sentence representation for the sentence is determined based on the word representations for use in a natural language processing task related to the sentence. According to the method, a sentence graph is generated from a sentence containing words. The sentence graph comprises nodes representing words and edges connecting the nodes, at least one of the edges being constructed to indicate a syntactic relationship between words represented by nodes connected therebetween. Word representations for the words are determined based on the sentence graph by applying an attention mechanism on respective ones of the nodes and respective sets of neighbor nodes for the nodes. A set of neighbor nodes for a node has edges connected to the node. A sentence representation for the sentence is determined based on the word representations for use in a natural language processing task related to the sentence. A model training platform may provide training data labeled with ground truths to the teacher model to produce teacher posteriors representing the training data. When it is determined that a teacher posterior matches the associated ground truth label, the platform may conditionally use the teacher posterior to train the student model. When it is determined that a teacher posterior does not match the associated ground truth label, the platform may conditionally use the ground truth label to train the student model.
