    Abstract: A wireless communication device and a wireless communication method. The control apparatus is configured to determine receiving quality of other wireless communication devices for the communication signal based on the feedback signal, and adjust the signal coverage range of a user equipment based on the distribution of the receiving quality of other wireless communication devices.
