    Abstract: According to a method, when it is detected that service traffic needs to be switched from a first optical layer path to a second optical layer path, a first internet protocol (IP) link associated with the service traffic needs to be determined, and an IP link used to transmit the service traffic is adjusted from the first IP link to a second IP link; an optical layer path of the first IP link is switched from the first optical layer path to the second optical layer path after the adjustment of the IP link is completed; and the IP link used to transmit the service traffic is adjusted from the second IP link to the first IP link after the switching of the optical layer path is completed. In this way, continuity of the service traffic can be ensured.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide orthohepadnavirus capsid protein (Cp) heterodimers, bicistronic vectors encoding the heterodimers, and methods for producing the heterodimers. The heterodimers can be used to form mosaic virus-like particles. In certain embodiments, the heterodimers can form a hexamer, which in turn can be used to nucleate capsid formation, resulting in a Janus particle-like virus-like particle. The hexamer's can then be removed, leaving holey capsids. The capsids can be loaded with, for example, one or more polypeptides, small molecules, or a combination of polypeptides and small molecules. The holes of the holey capsids can be filled with another orthohepadnavirus heterodimer or a homodimer.

The method includes: a control device sends a first message to a forwarding device in an internet protocol (IP) domain, where the first message is used to instruct the forwarding device to search for a device adjacent to the forwarding device in an optical domain; the control device receives a second message from an optical network element adjacent to the forwarding device in the optical domain, where the second message includes a first identifier identifying the optical network element, a second identifier identifying a port communicating with the forwarding device and being on the optical network element, and a media access control (MAC) address of the forwarding device; and obtains the cross-domain link between the forwarding device and the optical network element based on the first identifier, the second identifier, and the MAC address of the forwarding device.
