    Abstract: A telecommunication control method for a heterogeneous network is provided. Uplink interference created by first user equipment (MUE) connected to a first-type cell (MeNB) is detected at the second-type cell (HeNB). The second-type cell reports the interference pattern of the detected interference to the first-type cell. The first-type cell identifies the interfering first user equipment based upon the interference pattern. The first-type cell notifies the second-type cell of the scheduling information of the interfering first user equipment. The second-type cell determines scheduling for second user equipment (HeUE) connected to the second-type cell based upon the scheduling information of the first user equipment.

    Abstract: A method of transmitting data between a plurality of base stations and a plurality of mobile stations is provided. The method includes ranking data links between the plurality of base stations and the plurality of mobile stations according to a quality criterion, and selecting a subset of data links for transmitting the data between the plurality of base stations and the plurality of mobile stations such that a predetermined requirement is satisfied. Selecting the subset of data links may include iteratively assigning a predetermined value to power of the data link having the lowest ranking and determining if the predetermined requirement is satisfied, until the predetermined requirement is no longer satisfied. The remaining data links may then be selected for transmitting the data between the plurality of base stations and the plurality of mobile stations.

    Abstract: In various embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for determining precoding matrixes for a communication of a first base station and a second base station with a first mobile station and a second mobile station. Precoding matrixes for a plurality of signal channels between the base stations and the mobile stations are determined based on a signal to noise ratio (SNR) consideration. Accordingly, the method can include determining a first set of precoding matrixes based on a predetermined consideration of SNR between the first base station and the second base station and the first mobile station and the second mobile station and generating a second set of precoding matrixes based on the first set of precoding matrixes.
