The light provided by the light-irradiation may have a wavelength of about 180 nm to about 11 ?m. Further, the light may have an intensity of about 30 mW/cm2 to about 300 mW/cm2. The light-irradiation may be simple and controllable, and may not require any special instruments except a light source.
