    Abstract: A polypropylene composition comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-99 parts of a polypropylene resin; 15-30 parts of an ethylene-? olefin copolymer; 0.2-1 part of an antimicrobial agent; and 1-3 parts of a polypropylene grafted polydimethylsiloxane is provided. By controlling a melt index of an elastomer, distribution of the modified polydimethylsiloxane and antimicrobial agent can be improved, thus improving antimicrobial and stain-resistant effects of the polypropylene composition.

Through an impregnation chamber with a corrugated shape, when a resin melt-distributing runner is connected with a peak position of the impregnation chamber, a chamber vertical height of the peak position of the impregnation chamber is larger than a chamber vertical height of a trough position of the impregnation chamber, and when the resin melt-distributing runner is connected with the trough position of the impregnation chamber, the chamber vertical height of the trough position of the impregnation chamber is larger than the chamber vertical height of the peak position of the impregnation chamber. The present invention can balance an impregnating effect of a continuous fiber band, can carry a broken fiber hairiness which is generated during the impregnation out of an impregnation area, avoids a broken yarn, and enhances a production stability and a production efficiency.

The composition includes 45 parts to 75 parts of a polypropylene, 10 parts to 35 parts of an elastomer, 5 parts to 20 parts of a polyethylene, 0.1 parts to 0.5 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.1 parts to 0.5 parts of a lubricant. A half peak width of a crystallization peak of the polypropylene is 5° C. to 10° C., and a peak temperature of the crystallization peak of the polypropylene is 105° C. to 115° C. The polypropylene composition has a good tenacity, especially a?30° C. low-temperature impact performance. The film or the sheet prepared from the composition and applied to automotive interior parts, can enable the external accessories not only to be less likely to generate sharp fragments while being strongly impacted, but also to have a matte characteristic.
