    Abstract: A method for drying high moisture, low calorific value lignite for a generating set and recovering water contained therein and an apparatus thereof mainly consist of a rotary steam tube dryer, a washing cooling tower, a coal mill, a first bag filter, a condenser, a weighing surge bunker, a water ring vacuum pump and so on. A drying system is integrated with a milling system, every dryer and the corresponding coal mill are disposed and are directly connected via a surge bunker, thereby not only saving the heat lost during the transportation of pulverized coal, but also omitting a long-distance transportation from a conventional drying system to a conventional milling system, effectively avoiding such phenomena as dust pollution, waste and spontaneous combustion during transportation and transshipment, simplifying the coal preparation system employed in the front-end process of drying.

    Abstract: A method and device are provided for purifying and recycling water vapor from a coal drying process. Included are a temperature-lowering and dehumidifying process, a flash distillation stripping process, and a vacuum condensing process. A condensing tower receives a temperature-lowered exhaust gas with high humidity from a cooling tube and a condensed water of 5˜60° C. from a flash distillation tank, allowing the exhaust gas and the condensed water to contact each other in a vapor-liquid reverse manner, to lower the temperature and dehumidify the exhaust gas. The flash distillation tank performs a vacuum flash distillation to the condensing water pumped therein from the condensing tower. Water vapor of 5˜60° C. evaporated through flash distillation in the flash distillation tank enters into the demisting washer to be dehumidified and then is condensed. The condensed water in the vapor condenser is transferred into a recycled water tank. Non-condensable gas is discharged out.

    Abstract: A dehumidifying tower having a washing section, a flash-distilling section, and a condensing section. In the washing section, exhaust gas is washed with a cooling liquid to remove at least a portion of solid dust entrained in the exhaust gas, cool the exhaust gas, and condense at least a portion of moisture in the exhaust gas into liquid. The flash-distilling section flash-distills the cooling liquid used in the washing section to produce a cooled cooling liquid and a cooling liquid vapor. Cooling liquid produced by flash-distillation enters the washing section. The flash-distilling section is in gas-phase isolation from the washing section. The condensing section condenses the cooling liquid vapor produced by flash-distillation. The condensing section is configured to be in gas-phase communication with and liquid-phase isolation from the flash-distilling section, and be in both gas-phase and liquid-phase isolation from the washing section.

The flash-distilling section is configured for flash-distilling the cooling liquid from the washing section to produce a cooled cooling liquid and a cooling liquid vapor. The liquid seal means is configured so that the cooling liquid produced by flash-distillation can enter the washing section through the liquid seal means while the flash-distilling section is in gas-phase isolation from the washing section, wherein a pressure in the flash-distilling section is lower than that in the washing section.
