The cover includes a fixing member extending from a rear thereof at a position corresponding to the pivot hole. The elastic member includes a fixing arm pivotably engaged with the fixing member, and an abutting arm pivotable about the fixing arm. The abutting arm is retained in the receiving space when the cover is attached to the front plate, with the fixing member being received in the pivot hole.
