    Abstract: A dual-clutch gearbox which can switch output shafts of two gearboxes, includes a box body in which a rotating shaft configured to receive torque from a drive motor is provided. Two gears, which are both in slip fit on the rotating shaft and respectively in linkage with the output shaft of one gearbox, are coaxially sleeved on the rotating shaft. A motion bar is fitted to and provided on the rotating shaft, a linkage piece in coaxial linkage with the rotating shaft is fixed at one end of the motion bar, and a driver is in linkage with the other end of the motion bar, so that the motion bar can move in its own axial direction under the action of the driver and allow the linkage of the linkage piece with one of the two gears.

The raising and lowering rod (3) moves up and down in order to cause the push plates (4) to move in the radial direction of the raising and lowering rod (3), and the sides of the push plates (4) away from the raising and lowering rod (3) are provided with contact faces used to make contact with magnets.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a motor, in particular to a motor allowing for quick shutdown. A motor allowing for quick shutdown includes an enclosure, an end cover, a rotor, a magnet ring and a metal ring. The metal ring is made of permanent magnet material, and the magnet ring and the metal ring are adjacent to each other and can interact magnetically with each other. Several magnetic poles, of which N poles and S poles are staggered in the circumferential direction of the magnet ring, are formed on adjacent end faces or circumferential surfaces of the magnet ring and the metal ring. One of the magnet ring and the metal ring is coaxially fixed to the rotor, while the other one is fixed to the enclosure or the end cover. The present invention has the advantages that there is no dust caused by friction, which can effectively avoid the risk of motor jammed or shortened service life, and the motor can achieve quick shutdown and output a constant magnetic damping torque when in use.

    Abstract: A grain boundary diffusion method for a bulk rare earth permanent magnetic material includes the following steps: (1) fabricating an initial magnet by a sintering, hot pressing, or hot deformation process; (2) loading a grain boundary diffusion alloy source on a surface of the magnet through electrodeposition, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical vapor deposition (PVD), direct physical contact, or adhesive bonding; and (3) placing the initial magnet loaded with the grain boundary diffusion alloy source in a SPS device, and heating to obtain a final magnet. The current, plasma, and pressure in an SPS process can be controlled to significantly improve elemental diffusion coefficient and enhance the diffusion depth. The bulk rare earth permanent magnetic material undergoing grain boundary diffusion fabricated in the present disclosure has a significant increase in magnetic properties that catering to commercial demands for industrial production.
