Abstract: A trademark information management system and method. The system comprises a client (10), an information management server (20), a database (30), a fee payment server (40), and an agent terminal (50). The method comprises the following steps: receiving trademark objection/reexamination request information transmitted by the client, and performing a search of agents; performing screening on the agents and recommending the screened agent to the client; determining the agent and monitoring the case the agent represents; activating a payment guarantee management; and evaluating the agent. The system and method realize a one-stop appointment of agent and application for trademark rejection reexamination/objection, enable an applicant to freely select an agent for a case to have a full understanding of case progress and improve the reliability and work efficiency of rejection reexamination/objection application management.
