  • Patent number: 12178193
Abstract: A method for mass rearing of Telenomus remus includes the following steps: (1) establishing a Telenomus remus population of a Corcyra cephalonica strain; (2) collecting Corcyra cephalonica eggs laid by Corcyra cephalonica on the day, and fixing the Corcyra cephalonica eggs on a sticker; (3) inoculating female Telenomus remus of the Corcyra cephalonica strain in the step (1) into the Corcyra cephalonica eggs in the step (2); and (4) after 24 h to 48 h of a parasitism, taking parasitic Corcyra cephalonica eggs out, and feeding the parasitic Corcyra cephalonica eggs under the following conditions: a temperature: 26±1° C., a relative humidity: 65±5%, and a photoperiod: L:D=14:10, where long axes of the Corcyra cephalonica eggs in the step (2) have a length of 0.48 mm to 0.60 mm. The method of the present disclosure has great significance for the long-term control of pests of the Noctuidae family.

  • Publication number: 20230389594
Abstract: A microbial fermentation method for improving tobacco quality, comprising the following steps: (1) inoculating flue-cured tobacco as an inoculation source into a tobacco powder medium, and cultivating at 20-40° C. for 20-50 h; (2) inoculating microbial liquid in step (1) into a fresh tobacco powder medium, cultivating at 20-40° C. for 20-50 h, and circulating for 15-25 cycles to obtain stable flue-cured tobacco microbial flora; (3) inoculating the microbial flora obtained in step (2) into the fresh tobacco powder medium, and culturing at 20-40° C. for 20-50 h to obtain seed liquid of the microbial flora; (4) centrifuging the microbial liquid obtained in step (3) and collecting microbes; (5) washing the microbes collected in step (4); (6) resuspending the washed bacteria in step (5) to obtain a microbial suspension; and (7) spraying the microbial suspension in step (6) to the tobacco leaves for fermentation for 6-8 days.

  • Publication number: 20230160883
Abstract: This invention provides a tomato zonate spot virus detection reagent. Optimized gene encoding N protein of TZSV is expressed and purified to obtain N protein of TZSV, and two specific hybridoma cell lines are obtained, from which specific anti-TZSV monoclonal antibody could be obtained, respectively. Test strip for detecting tomato zonate spot virus is prepared with the monoclonal antibody. It is proven by experiments that the test strip of this invention is specific for TZSV, and can realize rapid detection of TZSV in leaves and other samples, with high sensitivity and convenient operation.
