Selected ones of the graphical message flow primitives are graphically interconnected to represent a flow of messages to create a message-oriented Web service definition. The executable Web service logic defined within the message flow builder by each one of the interconnected selected graphical message flow primitives within the created message-oriented Web service definition is generated to construct the Web service.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and system for reporting additional measurement results, which method comprises: a base station notifying a terminal of whether or not the terminal should report an additional measurement result; the terminal ranking a plurality of cells at a current frequency according a predetermined ranking mode in accordance with the notification of the base station and selecting the optimal cell at the current frequency according to the ranking result to report the additional measurement result. The present invention enables the base station to control whether the terminal reports the additional measurement results, which reduces the possibility of the terminal reporting the additional measurement results, thus reducing system overhead.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for acquiring information of a home NodeB, a method for balancing load, and implementation apparatuses thereof, which are used to solve the problem how to guide a UE to move to an appropriate home NodeB when a macro cell performs load balancing. In the present invention, information of a target NodeB is acquired actively through a macro NodeB, and according to an access type of the target NodeB, subscribers of the macro NodeB are timely balanced to the home NodeB which can provide services, thereby reducing a call drop rate resulted from blind handover. Since measurement information of the UE is fully considered, success rate of balancing handover is enhanced, and the object of performing effective load balancing in a home NodeB environment is achieved.

The UE automatically initiates the measurement of the CSG cell and/or Hybrid cell when the UE is close to its own footprint area or fingerprint area. By using the disclosure, even if the signal quality of a serving cell is sufficient, the UE can initiate the measurement of a CSG cell or Hybrid cell and hand over to the CSG cell or Hybrid cells, reducing load of a macro cell.
