    Abstract: A biochemical test strip tube comprises a tube portion and a cover portion. The tube portion comprises a solution chamber and a test strip fixing member which has a horizontal spacing between its outer edge and an inner wall of the tube portion. When the cover portion seals off the tube portion, a top of the solution chamber communicates with a top of the test strip fixing member, and a horizontal spacing is provided between an outer edge of the test strip fixing member and an inner wall of the cover portion. Due to the horizontal spacing between the test paper fixing member and the inner wall of the tube portion, the biochemical test strip does not contact or form a wall against the inner wall of the tube portion to avoid affecting the detection effect when the biochemical test strip is provided inside the test strip fixing member.

    Abstract: The identification of hypermethylated gene loci associated with a high risk of progressing from Barrett's esophagus to esophageal adenocarcinoma is described. The genes with hypermethylated loci include one or more of KLHL14, USP44, TMEM178, TRIM71, CTNNA2, NCAM1, CPXM1, SNCB, BMP3, SHISA3, BDNF, COL2A1, CBS, CLEC4GP1, LRAT, TTYH1, TMEM90B, NTN1, VASH2 and LBXCOR1. The hypermethylated DNA loci can be used as biomarkers to guide diagnostic and treatment decisions for subjects with Barrett's esophagus.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a biochemical reaction test strip tube and a use method thereof, and a kit. The biochemical reaction test strip tube includes a tube portion and a cover portion. The tube portion includes: a tube body including a first chamber and a second chamber; a limit unit provided at an outer side of the tube body; and a biochemical chromatographic test strip provided inside the second chamber, where a first end of the biochemical chromatographic test strip is provided with a sample absorption pad. In this structure, different chambers are provided in the closed test tube, such that a biochemical reaction solution in one chamber is directly detected on the biochemical chromatographic test strip in another chamber, which avoids the solution leakage; and different chambers are provided at different heights, such that the chambers holding biochemical reaction reagents can be selectively heated.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a biochemical reaction test tube and a use method thereof, and a gene amplification kit. The biochemical reaction test tube includes a tube portion and a cover portion. The tube portion includes: a tube body including a first chamber and a second chamber, where a bottom of the second chamber is spaced apart from a bottom of the first chamber; and a limit unit provided at an outer side of the tube body. The first chamber and the second chamber are provided at different heights and used to hold different reaction components and solutions. Only one of the first chamber and the second chamber is heated to complete a biochemical reaction. When the test tube is vertically flipped at 180° and shaken, the solutions in the first chamber and the second chamber are mixed to further achieve a reaction, which eliminates harmful results.
