  • Publication number: 20250043007
Abstract: The present invention discloses an anti-B7H6 ScFv antibody, its coding genes, and the application thereof, wherein B7H6-CAR-T cells contain antibodies targeting the B7H6 antigen or their antigen binding fragments and contain heavy chain variable regions or light chain variable regions. The heavy chain variable region contains CDR1-3 of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.: 11-13 and/or the light chain variable region contains CDR1-3 of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.: 14-16; or the heavy chain variable region contains CDR1-3 of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.: 17-19 and/or the light chain variable region contains CDR1-3 of the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.: 20-22. The antibody and the B7H6-CAR based on this antibody present strong affinity with the B7H6 antigen molecule.

  • Patent number: 11354779
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for point cloud denoising systems and methods. In one example, a method includes determining a respective local coordinate system for each point of a point cloud. The method further includes determining a respective first adaptive-shape neighborhood for each point of the point cloud based on each respective local coordinate system. The method further includes performing filtering associated with each respective first adaptive-shape neighborhood to obtain a respective second adaptive-shape neighborhood for each point of the point cloud. The method further includes determining local estimates for points inside each of the second adaptive-shape neighborhoods. The method further includes aggregating the local estimates for each point of the point cloud to obtain a denoised point cloud. Related devices and systems are also provided.

  • Patent number: 8919970
Abstract: An adjustable supporting mechanism and a projector therewith are disclosed. The adjustable supporting mechanism is disposed in an apparatus casing includes a clamping part, an adjustment part, a constraining part, and a releasing part. The clamping part is fixedly disposed on the apparatus casing and has a passage extending in a direction. The adjustment part is disposed through the passage and is capable of protruding out of the apparatus casing. The constraining part is disposed to be capable of selectively urging the clamping part to clamp the adjustment part or being urged by the releasing part to release the clamping for releasing the adjustment part. Therefore, the exposed length of the adjustment part is adjustable, so that the disposition angle of the projector can be easily adjusted.
