Abstract: This application provides a system and a method for accessing a remote resource. The system includes a local node and a remote node. The local node is configured to: determine a resource access request, where the resource access request includes a resource access operation and an address that is of the local node and that is pointed to by the resource access operation; determine an address of a corresponding remote node; send an operation packet to the remote node, where the operation packet includes the resource access operation and the address of the remote node; and receive an operation result packet sent by the remote node, and determine an operation result based on the operation result packet.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a data processing apparatus and method, and a related device. Storage space of a second device is mapped to a memory-mapped input/output MMIO address space of the first device. N MMIO addresses in the MMIO address space of the first device are in a one-to-one correspondence with N first storage addresses in the storage space of the second device. The processor is configured to send a first instruction to the storage controller, where the first instruction includes a target MMIO address. The storage controller is configured to: receive the first instruction, and determine a first storage address corresponding to the target MMIO address; and send a first operation instruction to the second device, where the first operation instruction corresponds to the first instruction, and the first operation instruction includes the first storage address.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a storage node, including a network chip and a storage device. By opening a memory of the storage device to the network chip, a table resource required by the network chip to maintain each connection in a related technology is offloaded to the memory of the storage device. The network chip is configured to generate a command based on an access request of a client, store the command in a first table in the memory of the storage device, and execute the command in the first table to access the storage device. The storage device is configured to store data accessed by using the command. The present invention enables the network chip to support a larger quantity of connections in limited storage space of the network chip.

Abstract: In a method for operating a data object, a first node obtains a request for operating a target data object. The first node determines the target data object is stored on a second node, and sends an operation request for the target data object to the second node. The operation request contains an identifier that identifies a target operation to be performed on the target data objects, and instructs the second node to perform an operation indicated in the operation request. The type of the target operation is search, insertion, modification, creation, or deletion.
