Abstract: A regulator is disclosed that controls fluid flow through a control valve via a linkage including a lever that is acted upon by a spring cylinder acting in a direction perpendicular to the direction of fluid flow through pipes connected to the control valve. The closure performance of the control valve of the regulator is optimized by the direction the spring cylinder acts and the mechanical advantage the lever provides. The regulator further includes a diaphragm and diaphragm cover, and the regulator is configured to allow the diaphragm cover to be stamped rather than cast.

Abstract: A pressure regulating valve including an actuator and a valve body. Communicating passages are arranged between a chamber of the valve body and a chamber of the actuator. Further, a pressure tapping tube is disposed in the chamber of the valve body. One end of the pressure tapping tube is connected to the communicating passage and the other end of the pressure tapping tube is suspended. By adopting this pressure tapping structure in the pressure regulating valve, the performance of the pressure regulating valve in a flow accuracy range is improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a pressure regulating valve, which comprises an actuator and a valve body, wherein communicating passages are arranged between a chamber of the valve body and a chamber of the actuator, a pressure tapping pipe is further arranged in the chamber of the valve body, one end of the pressure tapping pipe is connected with the communicating passage and the other end of the pressure tapping pipe is suspended. By adopting the embodiment of the pressure tapping structure in the pressure regulating valve provided by the present invention, the performance of the pressure regulating valve in a flow accuracy range is improved.
