  • Publication number: 20230220755
Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for predicting oil and gas yields in in-situ oil shale exploitation, the method includes: acquiring an original TOC value, a Ro value and an original HI value of a shale to be measured; and obtaining oil and gas yields in in-situ exploitation of the shale based on the original TOC value, Ro value, original HI value thereof and pre-established models for predicting oil and gas yields in in-situ oil shale exploitation, the models are pre-established based on oil and gas yield data obtained by performing a thermal simulation experiment on a plurality of different shale samples, and the original TOC value, Ro value and original HI value thereof. The above technical solution achieves a quantitative prediction of oil and gas yields in in-situ oil shale exploitation, and improves the accuracy and efficiency of prediction of oil and gas yields in in-situ oil shale exploitation.

  • Publication number: 20220034213
Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and apparatus for predicting an optimal exploitation approach for shale oil in-situ conversion. The method includes: determining a lower limit temperature required for completely converting convertible organic matter in a shale to be measured into oil and gas, based on a pre-established relationship between the temperature rise rate and the lower limit temperature; determining an optimal well distance of heating wells, based on a thermal field parameter of a target reservoir of interest, an optimal heating time corresponding to the lower limit temperature, and a pre-established relationship between an optimal well distance of heating wells and the optimal heating time; determining an oil yield equivalent based on a temperature and an oil yield equivalent of the shale; determining an optimal well pattern; the lower limit temperature, the optimal well distance of heating wells, the oil yield equivalent and the optimal well pattern are optimal parameters.

  • Publication number: 20210139977
Abstract: The present invention provide a method for identifying different isoform using long reads of RNA sequencing. The method includes assigning sequence tracks to a given gene locus based on long-read mapping against a reference genome wherein existing isoforms are also included as a sequence track, excluding long-read mappings that show few overlaps with existing exon or are in antisense to the given gene locus, clustering the sequence tracks based on a distance score Score 1, merging the sequence tracks with a cut-off based on the distance scores Score 1 between the sequence tracks, merging the sequence tracks if the distance score Score 1 is lower than 5%, clustering the retained sequence tracks based on a mutual distance score Score 2, merging the sequence track with a shorter length in the summed exons and correcting the resulting sequence tracks for intron/exon junctions to result in different isoforms.

  • Patent number: 10255692
Abstract: A method for tracking a biological cell in an image sequence with at least a first image and a second image includes the steps of: identifying a plurality of biological cells in the first image and a plurality of biological cells in the second image; determining matching probability of a biological cell in the second image with a biological cell in the first image, based on relative positional relationships between the plurality of biological cells in the first image and relative positional relationships between the plurality of biological cells in the second image; and determining, based on the determined matching probability, a matching result relating to whether the biological cell in the second image matches with the biological cell in the first image. A match indicates that the biological cell in the second image corresponds with or originates from the corresponding biological cell in the first image.

  • Publication number: 20170294028
Abstract: A method for tracking an object in an image sequence with at least a first image and a second image includes the steps of: identifying a plurality of objects in the first image and a plurality of objects in the second image; determining matching probability of an object in the second image with an object in the first image, based on relative positional relationships between the plurality of objects in the first image and relative positional relationships between the plurality of objects in the second image; and determining, based on the determined matching probability, a matching result relating to whether the object in the second image matches with the object in the first image. A match indicates that the object in the second image corresponds with or originates from the corresponding object in the first image.
