    Abstract: The invention relates to an iso-focus control system for emission laser light and target detection light, including a beam iso-focus detection unit, a control unit, a target light defocusing correction unit and an emission laser light defocusing correction unit; wherein the beam iso-focus detection unit is configured to detect the defocusing amount of the target detection light and the defocusing amount of the emission laser light; the control unit is configured to control the target light defocusing correction unit according to the defocusing amount of the target detection light, and control the emission laser light defocusing correction unit according to the defocusing amount of the emission laser light so that the difference between the defocusing amounts of the corrected target detection light and the corrected emission laser light is within a set range.

The method in the embodiment of the disclosure includes that: for each DMA channel, an arbitration unit corresponding to the channel among a plurality of arbitration units is determined according to transmission performance corresponding to data in the channel; and when data in channels corresponding to at least two arbitration units need to be transmitted, the data are transmitted according to priorities of the at least two arbitration units.

    Abstract: A process of preparing superconducting magnesium diboride powder by heating an admixture of solid magnesium and amorphous boron powder or pellet under an inert atmosphere in a Mg:B ratio of greater than about 0.6:1 at temperatures and for time sufficient to form said superconducting magnesium diboride. The process can further include exposure to residual oxygen at high synthesis temperatures followed by slow cooling. In the cooling process oxygen atoms dissolved into MgB2 segregated to form nanometer-sized coherent Mg(B,O) precipitates in the MgB2 matrix, which can act as flux pinning centers.
