    Abstract: A detection method, a communication apparatus, and a communication system are provided. The method includes: when a first detection result of a detected QoS flow meets a first trigger condition, detecting the QoS flow based on a first detection execution action corresponding to the first trigger condition, where the first detection execution action includes a detection frequency; and reporting a second detection result detected based on the first detection execution action. In this solution, the first trigger condition is searched for based on the first detection result, next detection of the QoS flow is performed based on the first detection execution action corresponding to the found trigger condition, and the second detection result is reported. Because a detection execution action is determined based on a previous detection result, a detection execution action corresponding to the QoS flow can be accurately determined.

    Abstract: In certain aspects, a three-dimensional (3D) memory device includes a semiconductor structure including an array of memory cells, a plurality of bit lines coupled to the memory cells, and a plurality of word lines coupled to the memory cells. Each bit line extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each word line extends in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. The vertical transistor includes a semiconductor body extending in the first direction, and a gate structure in contact with two opposite sides of the semiconductor body in the third direction and one side of the semiconductor body in the second direction.     Abstract: Various embodiments include a display panel with an integrated micro-lens array. The display panel typically includes an array of mesas which includes an array of pixel light sources (e.g., LEDs) electrically coupled to corresponding pixel driver circuits (e.g., FETs). The array of micro-lenses is off-axially arranged on the mesas including the pixel light sources, and are positioned to reduce the divergence of light produced by the pixel light sources, and direct the light to a certain angle or focus point on a pixel by pixel basis. Different micro-lens shapes and combinations are implemented in the display panel.
