Abstract: A temperature control method for an energy storage system and an energy management system are provided. The method comprises: obtaining a real-time temperature of an energy storage battery; determining whether the energy storage battery is in a charging and discharging state currently; if no, controlling the real-time temperature of the energy storage battery within a first preset range; and if yes, controlling the real-time temperature of the energy storage battery within a second preset range, where the first preset range is wider than the second preset range. In the present application, the number of air-conditioning changes is significantly reduced in a whole day, and the power consumption of the temperature control system is reduced, thereby increasing the power generation of the entire energy storage system.
