The semiconductor device includes an active layer and a gate, one or more single crystal starting points of the active layer correspond to the first edge. An area where two rows of single crystal particles parallel to the first edge on both sides of the one or more single crystal starting points is a single crystal area, the channel portion of the active layer is disposed in the single crystal area, and the gate is provided with in a direction perpendicular to the base and covers only one row of the two rows of single crystal particles.

The display panel includes a substrate and includes a first ohmic contact structure, a first boss, a second ohmic contact structure, a semiconductor structure, and a gate which are stacked on the substrate. The first boss includes at least one sidewall. By arranging the semiconductor structure on the sidewall of the first boss, a length of a channel can be shortened by using an existing technology, and a dimension of a thin film transistor can be reduced, so that an integration level of the thin film transistor in the display panel can be improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses methods and systems for detecting the health status of a bolt which fastens a rotor blade of a wind turbine. Values of the axial stress/strain of the bolt and motion and orientation data are acquired in different aerial orientations. Values of the prestress/strain and load-stress/strain are obtained using the values of the axial stress/strain and the motion and orientation data. Values of the prestress/strain and load-stress/strain are compared with the reference values. The health status of the bolt, rotor blade, and the wind turbine system is determined based on the comparison results. The method is noninvasive and doesn't affect the function and performance of the bolt and the turbine system.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a sector dual-resonant dipole antenna. Radiation elements of the antenna are two identical sector patches. Two identical rectangular notches can be symmetrically arranged or two identical tuning stubs can be symmetrically loaded on the sector patches at positions deviating from the central axis of the two sector patches. Exciting points are symmetrically arranged on sides of the sector patches close to a central axis. The present invention realizes a wide beamwidth radiation characteristic through a two-dimensional sectorial resonator, and then the notches are arranged or the tuning stubs are loaded at appropriate positions of two arms of the sectorial resonator, and thereby a dual-resonant characteristic can be realized within a working band.

As a result, the content represented by the composite content item is closely tied to the content provider. The composite content item is then transmitted to the client.
